He informed me that the truck was likely at an off-site location or in your service department, as it is occasionally utilized for operational tasks. He stated that he would need to retrieve it and bring it back to the lot for my inspection. When I inquired about the estimated timeframe, he was unable to provide a definitive answer but took my contact information, promising to notify me upon the truck's return. Regrettably, I did not receive any communication from Mr. Mario for the remainder of that day. The following day, I awaited an update without success. Consequently, I initiated a text message to Mr. Mario for an update. His response indicated that the truck was still not on-site but could be made available the following day, which was his scheduled day off. This lack of timely and clear communication is concerning. I was prepared to purchase this truck for a project scheduled to commence this weekend. Due to this experience, I will be seeking alternative vendors for my vehicle acquisition needs.

Based on that offer, I went to the dealership expecting a professional process. However, once I arrived, everything completely changed. I was told that because I work as a delivery driver, their financing companies would not approve me and that they would absolutely not sell me the vehicle, no matter what. I even asked if adding a co-owner with strong credit and making a larger down payment would help, but I was told it would make no difference and that they would never approve it.What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff and especially the manager. Despite my flawless payment history and proof of consistent payments, I felt dismissed, judged, and not treated with basic respect. The manager barely acknowledged us and made us feel like we were not even worth speaking to properly.If the online pre-qualification does not reflect reality, customers should not be encouraged to come in and waste their time. The lack of professionalism and poor customer treatment were extremely disappointing.

However for each car they have a printout of their inspection (see photo). The inspection shows what they checked but also more importantly at the bottom it lists what is still wrong with the car. They have a warranty for all cars with less than 80,000 miles. Their sign says "warranty forever." This obviously doesn't apply to everything but they tell you what is included. Their cars over 120,000 miles are as-is. I think from a full disclosure standpoint this place looks great. We probably would have bought a car, if we lived in Tucson. The only problem with the warranty is that you would need to bring the car back for the covered repairs. Definitely worth the look for those looking for used cars.
