I appreciate the straightforward labeling of the packaging as far as ingredients go and love that it's locally made! The bowl was delicious, I worked at a restaurant similar to this in Madison WI, and this was a bowl recipe that I hadn't seen before. It was still super cold when it made it to me! The pictures on their menu are very accurate to what I got. One note is if you're located further away from the restaurant to request that the toppings be put on the side as they get soggy. The price point is a little high for my liking but on par with the place I used to work. I'll definitely be stopping here again as a treat!

Along with their tasty shakes, they have protein balls and a sample size protein powder that can be added to drinks. I got the pink starburst, it was just what I wanted - a fruity yet sour drink 10/10! One of the staff members explained that the added protein makes the drink both a snack and beverage. My sister got a s'mores shake that she loved. I'll definitely be returning - would be a fun place to hang once COVID numbers decrease!

The dining area is filled with art, some of which was created by a family member of the owner. The drawings are for sale also. There is a small selection of jewelry and souvenirs for sale as well. Toward the back there is an upright piano a couple guitars which belong to the children who will sometimes come out and play. They have a complete breakfast menu and several lunch items. The café is only open until 2pm so the menu leans toward breakfast. Coffee, cappuccino, lattes, and hot chocolate are their specialties. Everything is made from scratch in that delicious home cooked style. as the previous review stated, the hash browns are great. A must have here. We were there early on a Saturday morning in February and were the only customers. We got to know the owner and the history of the coffee house. They are super friendly. The wait time may be a little longer than you'd expect from a large restaurant because they only have 1 cook. If that turns out to be the case let me tell you it's worth the wait.
