Unfortunate, this used to be my "Go To" place for healthy drinks. They have changed a LOT!! I ordered their new strawberry match. BUT I paid 8$ for about 6 oz of drink. I asked for no ice and got ice, I also asked for more milk and they said they would charge me another $1 for the $8 drink. I'm over this place. I will now make my own drinks with my own juicer. Note: all their bowls are now like TSCafe....premixed. I will go there and get the same for 2/3 less cost...and they are nicer than Bona Fide employees. Too bad...I LOVED this place. Ordered DoorDash from here to help settle my stomach after a week of holiday eating. Pretty good! I ordered the Aloha Açaí Bowl and the Elderberry Shot. The shot didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked, but understand that's not the purpose of it. I appreciate the straightforward labeling of the packaging as far as ingredients go and love that it's locally made! The bowl was delicious, I worked at a restaurant similar to this in Madison WI, and this was a bowl recipe that I hadn't seen before. It was still super cold when it made it to me! The pictures on their menu are very accurate to what I got. One note is if you're located further away from the restaurant to request that the toppings be put on the side as they get soggy. The price point is a little high for my liking but on par with the place I used to work. I'll definitely be stopping here again as a treat! read more

So I decided to update my review. After my experience today I felt I needed to go from 3 to 1 stars. All based on customer service. Upon my visit today Sam was taking my order at the counter. Her attitude was so horrible and rude that I ended up asking if she was having a bad day. Her response was : I'm having a monotone day! Ooookay. Not sure what that means. Ups on calling the manager. Nicole she told me there was a misunderstanding. I don't think you can misunderstand rudeness and her response. Her response should have been. Oh I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be rude. When managers or owners immediately tell you how something happened when they were not at the store during the incident without asking me about the situation that usually tells a lot about a company. During this covid crisis I want to go and spend My hard earned money on company's that care about there customers. I usually go here three days a week and have never found the staff extremely friendly but there bowls are great. As of today I will not be visiting this location again. First time here today. The decor was fresh and inviting. Menu was easy to read. Staff was friendly & patient while we decided what we wanted. We had one of the strawberry patch smoothie and one beach bum smoothie. Both were tasty and a good consistency. They had some of their juices out for sampling. Some tasted better than others. I ended up getting one bottle of the daily detox and one bottle of the orange clarity. Each smoothie and each bottle of juice was about 7 dollars. I found this to be a little pricey. A bit bummed. I love coming here, but the past two times I've been let down. I came in during rush hour, which wasn't a big deal for me. I had a rough day at work and I chose this because I needed a pick me up. Unfortunately, I ordered my drink. The next couple people ordered after me. Everyone else got their drinks before me. The ladies making the drink spoke softly and someone grabbed my drink and shortly after I grabbed the other persons drink. When she announced "my" drink, I told her this wasn't mine and I couldn't hear what she had said before and that other person took my drink. Now I have a drink I DONT want and won't drink. It's a charming space with a modern feel and well lit from the front windows. There were several tables along the wall and the register and bar takes up a lot of the far back corner. Their menu consists of smoothies, juices, and smoothie bowls. The chocolate cherry smoothie caught my attention and was a new item on their menu. It was alright, but I don't think I would get it again...the chocolate threw me off a little bit. Will probably stick to something fruiter, like I usually order. It is so nice to have a local place with clean, fresh food options. My favorite smoothie is the PB + greens. Smoothie bowls & juices are all good as well. It is pricey yes, but you get what you pay for. In the winter they have soup options which are perfect for lunch. I have always wanted to try the salads, specifically the strawberry & avocado but its always sold out, it must be good! I like that you can now sample the juices to try different flavors.
