There are zero gravity chairs to relax in and you have the option of receiving a blanket for added comfort. The room is a very comfortable temperature, but the blanket made it more cozy. I picked out my chair and then I got a full rundown of what to expect during my 45-minute session. Everything was explained thoroughly with detail. I had a relaxing session in a dimly lit room with soft music playing. The experience was so pleasant. I suffer with year-round allergies, as well as eczema so I hope these sessions will be able to help with those issues. I definitely see myself returning in the future. It's great for your health, but it also just allows for some downtime away from electronic devices and noise and just lets you unwind and relax. I was a walk-in, and they had a room available right away. I went with the 60-minute "neck, back" massage, but it ended up just being a whole body massage (Not mad at all). You start off with a bare back with a towel draped over you. I asked the masseuse for lots of pressure, and she definitely delivered. It started with getting the blood flow going - basic kneading motions around the scalp, neck, shoulders, back areas. Eventually, she moved onto legs, arms, and gluts. Pressure stayed firm the entire time; she was one tough lady! At one point, she even sat on my legs and relieved all the knots, haha! Towards the end, it was more of a Swedish-style with some oil, which was wiped with an amazing hot towel. When I thought my hour was up (It felt waaaay more than that, which is a good thing!), she had me flip over for the last 10-minutes for my shoulder, neck, scalp massage. It was absolutely divine! The technique is much firmer (elbows, arms, hands all go into it), and maybe some people might find it slightly uncomfortable with the glut massage (?) (Used elbows and such); it's very professional though and loosens you up like a noodle! Overall, best massage I've received and it's very worth the price. Will return again soon! :)
