The employee that came out of the back area was nice, but wasn't very sure of herself. I paid in cash with a $100 bill, she stated that the system was not working but she would give it a try. Everything worked out with my transaction until it came time to give me my change. The employee counted the money behind the register to herself so I had no idea if it was the correct amount. She then handed me my change, but failed to give me a receipt. You'd think for a transaction where you had to give change for a $100 bill, you'd give a receipt to the customer! Guess not! I had to ask for the receipt and that made her even more unsure of herself it seemed. The selection is just as any other run of the mill vape store. There is nothing exclusive or special about this store. Prices are a tad cheaper, but I wouldn't call that a reason to commit all my business to them. I've tried some of their juice brands that I can't find at other stores... Man, I couldn't be more glad that the other vape stores don't stock those brands. Flex XL vapes were so awful. They had the worst consistency, it had the most chemical taste out of any vape i've ever had before. The devices leaked and coils would burn with very minimal use. I suggest trying another vape shop, Foggy Gorilla has always been reliable and consistent for me.

Flippn better than a huge coffee chain we know. It allowed me to clean my pallet which is just a good thing to do in order to give juice makers a chance. That set the mood for the rest of our visit. We sat down on comfortable seats, not feeling rushed at all and sampled juices, giving enough time to dry the wicks for the next flavour, really important to do. A movie playing on the screen, other people just having fun. I met and talked to many other customers who were all at ease. What a great place to be.
