I was new to acupuncture and therapeutic massage and didn't know what to expect but trusted my doctors recommendation . I had an injury from a car accident that chiropractic care could not resolve long term . They know exactly where to zero in and what's effective with their skills .The combination of acupuncture and weaving in therapeutic massage has healed my body , mind and spirit in ways that modern medicine could not touch nor chiropractic care . They have even helped my asthma that modern medicine has not even come close to healing just aiding in the symptoms. This practice accepts a variety of insurance providers which is helpful if I could afford out of pocket I'd gladly do it . The lady "Lauren" or "Laurie" refused to schedule an appt for me and saying "They would not schedule an appt for me unless I fill out some forms online." I explained to her that I could not do it online and if I could schedule it over the phone and fill out the rest of the forms when I come earlier for the appt. She was very cold and had no compassion and kept repeating "They would not schedule any appts over the phone or in person". Awful customer service! What if you are blind, old, disabled or just not good with technology. Making online forms "mandatory" for everyone and refusing service to patients just because they can't fill out online forms is just not acceptable.
