These concerns have been clearly communicated to sales as well as business development staff. One ironic note. In order for me to cancel my subscription, I was required to complete a questionnaire form, clearly stating if I did not complete this form, my account would still be in force. So there is a process to follow in order to be off boarded. No process to follow in order to be ONboarded. You start your account and flounder. My advice, don't pay VENDASTA a cent until your account, dashboard, front end or back end is 100% customer ready. The sales and technical staff are not properly incentivized to 100% onboard a small business.

Hiring The Tangerine shop was the best decision I've made for my relatively new coffee shop…read morebusiness. Sitting down with Mike was very helpful to figure out what suited my business the best, he really asked a lot of questions to get a real feel for what the business is about. We ended up deciding on a website (with photography), some promo videos, a corporate video - sort of a "commercial package" of sorts. The photography and video are very professionally done. Mike had great ideas for the website, and is a perfectionist - any potential bugs with the site were worked out upon discovery. I appreciated the creativity that was used for the promo videos, what was scripted by TTS was pretty much exactly what the end product looked like - which was amazing. The corporate video will be shot in the spring, and I'm pretty excited about filming it now that I have seen what TTS can do. Should be worth noting that their rates are very reasonable too. All in all, I you want a completely customized commercial media package - these are the guys to do it. They'll take what you do, and make it look really, really good.
