After recommendation by Apple support I visited this location to see what they could do. The store is wide open, clean, and I was met with welcoming staff that quickly pulled me aside to a desk to go over my iPhone troubles. I wish I could remember her name, but I received a sympathetic listening ear as I went over the lengthy case. Before I even finished she had the paperwork ready to leave the phone for the tech to inspect. I left and returned in 40 minutes to be welcomed once again with a smile and the pleasure of having my device replaced on the spot. I was overjoyed.
