During multiple appointments, I discussed my lack of results with the nurse, and my concerns were documented in my treatment notes. Despite acknowledging throughout the process that the treatments were not working for me, LaserAway refused to refund the remaining 3 unused sessions. I understand that results can vary from person to person, but when a provider has documented that a treatment isn't producing any results, I would expect them to stand behind their service and work toward a fair resolution. Instead, I was told they would not issue any refund for the unused treatments. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to make things right was just as disappointing as the ineffective treatment itself. I spent a significant amount of money and was left with no results and no meaningful resolution. I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before committing to a treatment package here.

We have had 3 teen facials with Bobbye and Emily. Our experiences with both estheticians have been excellent. My daughter (and I) have left each appointment feeling more confident in handling the challenges that come with teen hormonal acne.
