Injector skill aside, the sales process felt like a bait-and-switch. It made me extremely uncomfortable to have them prioritize their sales quota over my care and my decisions over my body. Went in for the advertised $150 new-client half syringe lip filler special. Once in the chair, was steered away from it toward Restylane Kysse ($699), then toward a full syringe of Juvéderm (had to get a full syringe for a "discount" off full price). I was told the original filler included in the special was "firmer, denser, and less absorbable" and used elsewhere on the face, so it wouldn't be recommended for me but the ingredient info I've since looked up doesn't support that description for the products discussed. Throughout the appointment, the injector pushed additional products I hadn't asked about. Ended up with more product and a different filler than what I came in for and could confirm pricing on without any additional benefits. Get the specific product name and full pricing in writing before you sit in the chair. read more

They talked me into getting Xeomin instead of the Botox I usually use, and I seriously regret it. I spent a lot of money, and it's been over a month with little to no improvement--my lines look exactly the same as before. I've never had this experience at any med spa. In the past, I've always seen noticeable results within a couple of weeks, so this was really disappointing. What made it worse is that they suggested I come back and pay for more product, which didn't sit right with me at all. i originally booked after seeing their promotion online, but once I came in, we discussed what I was looking for and I was advised that the filler i had originally selected wasn't the best fit for my goals. they recommended Juvederm, which i've had in the past and know works well for me, so i went with it. all of the ladies were so sweet and welcoming, and the injection itself was surprisingly much less painful than my experience getting filler at a competitor. im SO happy with my results!!!! i specifically asked for more symmetry, and my lips look amazing. I came here and the girl I first talked to was very rude. I've gotten filler multiple times and I'm fully aware how it works. I told her I didn't want an overfilled fake look and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. She said they "can't control where the filler goes". I showed her a photo of overfilled lips and she rolled her eyes clearly annoyed and said "that's at least 10 syringes they won't look like that" I told her clearly not the size but the shape and she still acted confused. She also told me my forehead had "very strong wrinkles" so that made me cry and when I asked for a minute she stood and watched me cry it was so awkward. My sister even had to ask her to leave the room. I have no idea what her name was but she seemed very uneducated and unprofessional, she never even said sorry... I would not recommend this place the manager was fine i guess. But the girl who filled my lips did very well no complaints. I came to this place cause I saw an Instagram ad for $200 lip injections. I was already sketched out because that's significantly less than what other places charge for the same service. Immediately when I walk in, they were super awkward and weird to me. Probably because I walked in and seemed confused, but their reaction wasn't friendly. And then once they brought me in back a random front desk girl came in and asked me if I wanted a full syringe or half a syringe and the price was the same. I was very confused because why would I have a front desk girl? Tell me how much I needed. It wouldn't be injector be the person determining that? And then I was a bit sketched out because that was such a weird thing to ask me. I looked it up and was very concerned to find out that no reputable place takes the manufacturers product and puts it into other syringes without there being contamination issues and other sterile Concerns. After reading about that, I was very concerned and figured that that's probably why they're able to get away with charging so Little for the treatment but that then creates a lot of other concerns with how they are handing these injections. At the very least, it creates some risk that I don't intend on taking. I asked the manager if they were halfing the syringes and they openly told me that they do and that they take half of it out of the manufacturers syringe. How they do that, and the safety of it is up for you to decide and I personally don't think that it's a good idea. I will be going to a plastic surgeon for any injection needs in the future. I don't want to go to a shady med spa that is cutting corners. That is how you can end up with necrosis, lumps, etc. I gave it two stars instead of one because it was very clean and nice inside. I'm an entertainer and so my physical appearance is really important. I spent hours here and spent over $800. Their advertised tox isn't Botox, it's a Korean sister to Botox, that I was told was stronger; lasted longer and worked faster. So I got it in multiple places. No results. Not one difference in a single place. Wrinkles and movement everywhere. I went in for a post-op review, and they completely agreed. They even compared before and after photos and agreed. Then said "well it doesn't work on some people". Really! Stronger than Botox and doesn't work for over $800? I've spent over 4 hours of my time here, I was told I'd be getting a full refund 2 weeks ago. Still, nothing. I've emailed twice and called. Still nothing. Sarah is really sweet. But that's the only good thing I can say. If I don't get a refund in the next three business days, a call to a lawyer will be the next step. Not sure if it's a scam here, but buyer beware. With so many places around that offer the same services, I wouldn't waste your time. Disclaimer: I've had Botox for years; and it's always worked. I've also had dysport and xeonim both of which work. Botox is my preferred, I dnt digest anything quickly, and have been to several places across 4 states. I know exactly how many units of each I get and how quickly each work. I got lip filler and paid over $1,000, only to feel like I got nothing for it. I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy it feels like I've been scammed. After two months of being healed, I went back to the clinic because the filler had dissolved, and they told me it's because I have a fast metabolism. This was never mentioned to me before, and I don't believe it's a valid excuse. I asked what my options were, and they suggested getting half a syringe. When I asked if it would be complimentary, they said no. Why would I pay for more filler when they didn't get it right the first time?
