The situation is that my monthly rent amount prior to the increase was $1,191. On the effective month of the increas, CLV Group Inc. started deducting $1,1246.41 which is obviously more than 2.5%. On two occasions I requested an explanation re the calculation without any response. CLV Group Inc. closed their in-person office 485 Bank St. Perhaps because they don't want to deal with face to face complaints. I called Tracy's office in shock that someone would pillage the house while we were out of town. I called and emailed her several times and her Assistant was rude to us, telling us she didn't remember there even being lights in the house? I sent her photos of the missing items, but Tracy still did not return my calls or even admit items were missing. We never got a response from her so finally I had my lawyer deduct $2000 off of her commission fee. Tracy did not dispute the $2000 deduction, and she never called, apologized, or acknowledged this shocking incident. I was flabbergasted by her audacity and unprofessional conduct.
