5 years ago I wrote Evosus a 1 star review. However after launching with their new platform LOU and interacting with the team there they have done a complete 180 and I could not be happier I gave them a second chance. Our launching of LOU was not an easy one. More than two years in the making but now that we are live, things are running smoothly and I could not be happier with the support and level of customer service we have received. This company is stuck in 2003. I've been using it for over a decade and features that should have been included to begin with still aren't included. "It's coming soon!" 5 years later...hey it's here....oh but not everything works yet... Oh and it's crazy expensive too! read more

Terrible POS software. company is not very helpful especially BETH in the accounting department. If you can use a different company's software i would do so. This is buggy garbage and the updates they do are not very often and they dont ever include helpful upgrades. read more

We have very close to $20,000 invested including hardware. You MUST use there specific recommended hardware , because of course nothing else will work with there system but a very limited selection. What I did when I purchased this software was turn my $20,000 into toilet paper. I would have gotten more by wiping my A** with it, instead of a POS. The acronym is well suited Piece Of S**T. Just a few TARD items; 1. If you have a line of customers waiting to pay lets say, 12 people when you ring each customer up the system logs you out of the register and you MUST log back in between EACH transaction. They say for security reasons. Yes I can see McDonald, Target, Wallmart ETC doing this. 2. If you have receipt printers and a full sheet printer, lets say the small receipt for retail customers and the larger printer for wholesale customers or repair tickets WELL get this, if you print on the receipt printer for a customer before you can print on the larger printer you MUST go to windows and switch the printers default setting each time you want to print on a different printer. Lets not even talk about their arrogant demeanor there are so many cant do this or that it just make me really sad that I could have enjoyed wiping my A** with hundred bills and enjoyed it more and it would have been a better use for the money. read more

I have over 20 years of IT and Customer Service experience and I have always said, it's nice when you find a company that makes you feel valued and in return you can offer value to them. Evosus takes this and goes above and beyond what you would expect from a company. They offer value to not only their employees but also to their clients. When they see a need arise, they are quick to find a solution for that need. I have been here for almost 4 months and I already feel as though I am a part of the family. I have never seen a company, when you first arrive, ask you how they can make your job easier and better. In my short time here I feel that I can offer value and in return feel valued. The level of respect and professionalism from every department is commendable and just adds to the strength of the core values of this company.
