I called our LP supplier & they came out immediately & sure enough we had a sizable kinked & cracked copper gas line behind our stove. Darrel May have saved my house & our lives. Over the past four years, we have noticed a decline and effectiveness of their services from year to year. Despite sending an email a few days after they sprayed on May 10, 2024 to report that the last spray was effective, they never replied. When my mother-in-law called to follow up, the person she spoke to yelled at her, spoke to her condescendingly, and then canceled her service. Upon asking about a refund, he said he didn't know when she would receive it, stating it might take a week or two. She requested to use the prepaid money for her new service, but he laughed and made a rude comment about her financial situation, "oh, so you were up for money!". She had already prepaid for the year, as she does every year, and is far from hard up for money. This behavior is completely unacceptable and I strongly advise against using this company. If they are a little old lady, how rude will they be to you?
