T&A came out after a power nap turned into a horrific mouse experience for Michelle. Travis made us a priority and moved his schedule around as he could sense the urgency and need (he was here within an hour). He walked the property with me and explained everything he was doing, and he did it at a VERY reasonable rate, he even sealed all the access points!! I agree to that and set up a date. The same day I received a bill in the mail for rodent services and they started it the date they came out. I'm planning on doing those things but hired them to set bait stations to reduce the population. In addition, when he came back to place the bait stations he told us that we had a gas leak. Yes a gas leak in our mother in law apartment where my elderly mother resides. He called me to let me know as I wasn't home. None of us smelled it & it had been like this for some time. I called our LP supplier & they came out immediately & sure enough we had a sizable kinked & cracked copper gas line behind our stove. Darrel May have saved my house & our lives. Since he deals with odors he is trained to recognize these smells. He is worth every penny & will also benefit from saving gas the gas that was leaking!
