When the service provider from this company came to our home they did not do a thorough look at our air conditioner or our furnace. Instead he brought a brief case with pamphlets to sell products. We are not interested in buying more products we are interested in servicing what we already have. I was not impressed with this company and have found a much better company.

They didn't!). These are 'known' businesses. Following my brother in laws' recommendation, contacted Home Fireplace. He bought a unit a few years back, trouble free. Spoke to John, gave a price. He and his helper came on time, replaced our fireplace, cleaned up outside and we paid him exactly as per verbal quote. Nice asset to our home, works fine and cost a few hundred less than similar models elsewhere. Thank John. Give him a call.
