We engaged them to install an AC and Furnace for our office. Did all the financing paperwork, which they reviewed (ended up being wrong), and had several site visits from Jason the owner. They told us all was good and lets book. We did. turns out they jumped the gun. The end result was them pointing fingers and blame at me and my staff, when we asked for their help and guidance multiple times. And lastly, while i was out of town they sent a crew to remove the newly installed equipment with out the decency / professionalism to try and figure out a solution to a mess they 90% created. Bottom line, if you have upfront cash for the project they are awesome, if not RUN!!!! They do not know what they are doing when it comes to sales and customer service. Also during the removal they damaged our newly installed flooring.

Brett was very professional, well-spoken, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Both he and his co-worker were polite and respectful and worked diligently to install my mini-split. They asked questions to be sure they were installing it as I had wanted. They assisted me in setting up the remote control as well as the smart control kit so that I could use Alexa. Through the install they took great care with everything. When setting up the cover for the line set (wires and tubes), they made sure all areas were properly caulked and that the covers lined up aesthetically -- they took the time to do everything the right way the first time.
