The work he said he would complete was never finished, and I was repeatedly left waiting with no clear timeline or accountability. After several days of delay just to get a quote, he finally gave me a price--and I accepted it immediately without negotiating or comparing with other companies, simply because I was in a hurry. I paid about 70-80% of the total cost right away through Zelle. Unfortunately, they kept delaying the project for almost a month, constantly making excuses. One day it was a broken phone, another day they'd promise to come by a certain time and never show up. In the end, after almost a month they told me they couldn't complete the job due to an awning that was supposedly in the way--something that should've been obvious from the beginning. Because of their delays and dishonesty, I lost valuable time and money. I couldn't open my store on time and ended up paying rent for months while waiting for a sign that never came. I eventually had to hire a new company to start from scratch. I have all the proof in emails and texts to back up my claims.
