In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). For me, Master Protection Films really stood out for several reasons. When I first inquired about a full wrap + ceramic coating, Zami responded quickly, and asked if I preferred a traditional PPF or satin look. I'm not familiar with how satin looks, especially on white, but Zami sent pics of an ES the team had worked on and it looked amazing, so I chose that. Zami provided the quote, and I went with it. Zami, Miras and the team delivered - they gave a week timeline, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked like a totally different car. Satin white was definitely the right call, so thank you Zami for providing examples. Pricing is great, especially with the results; what really stood out was the level of after care. Zami asked me to come back a week after pickup for a full inspection. Miras and the team looked over all the lines and seams, and fixed minor imperfections and areas that bothered me. Since getting my car back, I've contacted Zami about small areas I've found that were bugging me, and she and the team always told me to come by and they'd fix it up. They took 6 days fixing it and once I got it back areas that were fixed were non damage existent paint work was exceptional!!! truly appreciate the work that the team did! my only concerns were the polishing compound that was used was not cleaned off properly but again I've done polishing and the compound is a pain and time consuming to take off but wish they would've done better there.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail around the edges, body lines, door handles, mirrors, and trim. Everything looks clean and professionally finished. Gerry was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions, which made me feel comfortable leaving the car with them. You can tell he knows the product and understands what goes into doing a wrap correctly. The installation itself came out great. The material lays smooth across the panels, the seams are clean, and I haven't noticed any bubbling, lifting, or sloppy cuts. They also did a great job working around the curves and more difficult areas of the Model Y. Another thing I really appreciated was that the work was completed in a timely manner. They gave me a date when the car would be ready, and they delivered exactly when they promised. No delays or excuses.
