I wouldn't rate this so called 'school of motoring' too highly when its owner drove his artic truck…read moreout in front of by bicycle when I had right of way on a roundabout. I guess he was too busy chatting away on his phone to bother obeying the rules of the road. He should be put off the road for dangerous driving not teaching people to drive. Bonus points.. I got it on camera.
