I was notified when they came in and went to pick them up. When I got there, a young man (Im so sorry I can't remember his name) was putting a cover on somebody's truck. When I stopped my truck and went to get out, he stopped what he was doing and asked me if he could help me. I am a senior and was having a little trouble getting around. He told me to stay in the truck and he would get my Parcels for me. When he brought them back to me, he took them out of the boxes for me and installed them I have not seen that kind of customer service in years. I am so impressed by this company. I live in Texas and on a long road trip.. was driving from Toronto to Ottawa, on this stretch, when I got a check engine light flicker and go away, then truck wouldn't downshift....pouring down rain and in the middle of nowhere I had my girl look them up on google and I called and they said "come by and we'll take a look" well they not only got me right in, they figured out the issue quick (vacuum hose related) ...got us back on the road ASAP!
