Communication was also somewhat difficult, as one staff member does not speak fluent English, which made it harder to express preferences or concerns during the session. I was the only one in the lobby at the time. I told her I have a lot of hand pain and wanted to focus on my lower back, right arm and right hand that's why I want 60 minutes to spend a some extra time in that area but she kept saying no. The massage was good but no extra time was spent on the actual pain area. When I was done I tipped her $7 as I didn't get the time I wanted nor was the area that had pain actually worked on well. When she saw the cash tip I gave her she got very rude and made a comment about working on me for $45 and wanted more. Personally if I don't get the service I asked for why should I tip more. I was courteous enough to tip what I felt was appropriate even for being treated so rudely in the beginning and towards the end.
