TL;DR: Poor value. Its location is its only redeeming quality, and there several better options next door. Pros: * Location. This area is beautiful. It's quaint, quiet, and has wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. Cons: * Price. I'd usually save this for last, but let's start strong: this place charges a premium for what it claims is a "luxury" apartment experience. There are several nearby complexes that cost less and offer considerably more. This place is coasting on its history and hoping you will too -- and that's its greatest weakness. * Smell. If you have even the faintest sensitivity to odor, cross this place off your list immediately. I'm not even talking about weed (though that's here too -- just not more than usual). I'm talking about grime. Filth. Hot wet garbage on a July afternoon. Don't be fooled by the model unit with its light wood floors and bright lighting. The rest of the place is dark, dank, and attacks your sense of smell like a WWI artillery barrage. * Garbage. It's everywhere. The trash chutes are perpetually backed up -- every single one, all the way to the top floor. This week, they announced "maintenance" on the chute system. The solution? Don't take your trash out until Sunday... or walk it to an off-site parking lot. Luxury! * Water. I have a sneaking suspicion that Nestlé secretly owns this complex and is bottling our water for profit. Hot water is a coin toss. Sometimes, water doesn't come out at all. Management says it's because all apartments and businesses in the complex share the same plumbing system. So when one goes down, we all go down. Pipes burst constantly. Just last week, there was a literal half foot (not hyperbole) of water in the parking structure, forming a lovely lagoon you had to wade through to get to your car. Combine that with the smell and garbage, and we've basically created our own boutique swamp ecosystem. At this point, I genuinely believe residents of Flint, MI have a more reliable water supply. There are many, many reasons to take your hard-earned money elsewhere -- somewhere with a cost-to-quality ratio that doesn't make you question your life choices. Luckily, this area has several much better apartment complexes where you can actually enjoy the place you call home. *Edit: I almost forgot one of my favorite amenities: The Poop Hill. For context, I love dogs. I'll let them lick my face without hesitation. My filth tolerance is elite. And even I am shaken by what lives in the courtyard. * At the center of the complex is a grassy hill, surrounded by a walking path. Innocent enough -- until you realize it's not just landscaping. It's a shrine. A steaming, fly-infested monument to neglected dog poop. Society has completely broken down here, turning this courtyard into a true no-man's land. The doors near the main elevator frequently blow open -- straight from, you guessed it, the courtyard. It's like stepping into a dog poop sauna every time you return home. And just to really drive it home? That's also where they've placed the communal grill and patio furniture. So go ahead -- fire up a burger just a few feet away from a sun-baked shrine to feces. First off very nice location. Office staff was nice and maintenance was good, but I would say do not move into this complex. It is not luxury it is old and in need of a make over. Numerous issues with the apartment, most were fixed promptly but at 3900.00 a month you would expect better. We had a bike stolen and a car broken into. Had another resident tell me her friend leaves her car unlocked because she was concerned her windows would get broken, all this in a secure garage. We had mice twice and had 2 dead mice on the floor as we moved out. Internet is 120.00 a month which is more than double than we pay now for the same service. Was charged 300.00 as a cleaning fee when we moved out. I was told one of the items not cleaned was the microwave/oven, which was wrong. They were both cleaned because I had to get the mouse poop out of the oven drawer. Overall, much better places to live. read more

This area of SLP is great! My partner and I love it here. However, we wish we would have explored and shopped around the many surrounding apartment complexes before signing to Excelsior and Grand. They are severely understaffed. Our closet collapsed and we waited almost 2 months after putting a work order in, to get it fixed. Several times we called asking about a timeline and the office said they'd call us back, but never did. Shared spaces like hallways and elevator landings, if they aren't the main shiny part of the building by the offices, are very under kept and often smell like dog urine, or weed, or both. Our apartment unit itself is really nice, although when signing, they explained and showed pictures of a different unit than what they actually signed us for... that should have been our first red flag now that I think about it.... The silliest part is, our rent payment for a one bedroom apartment is more expensive per month than our mortgage payment now on our new home, just half a mile down the road. (Like I said, we love the area!) Some people love it, but I think that's because they literally have no idea how overpriced it is. Or maybe have too much money to care. Just please shop around at the several different apartments in the immediate area, and don't fall for the urgency/scarcity sales tactics they use to get you to sign on spot like we did. Also note, you cannot break your lease early for any reason. (Like in our case, buying a home.) And don't forget about all the other monthly expenses they charge (about $500) on top of rent. This apartment complex is so deceiving. We were so excited to move in and were looking forward to living here for multiple years. After about 5 months we could not have been more ready to move out. Be prepared to be charged over $300 a month in utilities with absolutely no explanation as to why. You will get charged $130 a month for wifi and when you ask what it includes and why it's so expensive, be prepared for no response. If you have any questions, just expect no response really. Going off someone else's review, they also showed us an apartment that was not what we were signing (and yes that's a red flag) and we were extremely disappointed in our layout. Was literally a shoe box with one window. The turnaround rate is extremely high so we should have asked to look at a new layout probably. The hallways on every floor smell like garbage because the garbage room is on the first floor next to the apartments. On top of that, the hallways are filthy, extremely thin (you can hear everyone), scratched up, door handles are broken, pictures and signs falling off the walls, and nothing (and I mean truly nothing) is handicap accessible. You are going to have a hell of a time moving in and out as there are absolutely no good ways to do so; the garbage bins get "taken out" twice a week but stay on the road and take up parking spots all week. Try and move out on the weekend or you will not find a spot because of this. Management just overall doesn't really care. It would be naive to just chalk this up as the fault of people sitting in the front office, because they do seem nice. However, I had a genuine safety concern for our neighbors and repeatedly tried to contact them about it and I got radio silence. I even didn't get much a reaction when I told them in person. I never did find out if they were okay before moving out. We also met someone in the gym who was telling us a horror story about how he got his finger stuck in the elevator trying to hold it for someone and his finger got dislocated and fractured, and the apt building did nothing. But be prepared for the elevator to not work most days, probably even on move in day! I do like the maintenance man but he straight up told me he was the only one in the entire complex. I was not surprised as they seem extremely understaffed. Also be prepared for broken gym equipment. Some people in our building ended up buying equipment for this room because they couldn't get management to care. Overall, have I lived worse places? Yes. But for the price of rent, utilities, and the fact that this is a "luxury" apt is disappointing. If you have a nice unit and don't care to get management involvement literally at all, then you can definitely make it work. I will say, they gave us back our whole deposit which isn't usually the case, so I appreciated that. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Don't get me wrong. The neighborhood is wonderful, with Wolfe Park out the back door. It is close to just about anything I want to be close to. But don't think that translates to the luxury apartment experience that they boast about. My husband and I can not WAIT to leave this place. The apartment is dated and dreary. The kitchen cabinets are in terrible shape. Our toilet is dripping for over a month and we have reported it three times with no action. We can still hear it even if we close the door. We have to run the shower for as much as 15 minutes to get hot water. Our garbage disposal shakes the whole kitchen counter when operating. The A/C and heating is very loud, inhibiting a good night's rest. We are kicking ourselves black and blue for moving out of the beautiful Doran apartment that we left to come here "for a change of scenery". I rarely take time and write a review online about businesses and properties. I'm a current resident at this property and honestly the building is pretty much in great shape being 20 years old since built 3s, great location as well. However, when it comes to the management, I wouldn't even give 2s; but anyway I wanted to be fairer. The main issues I see: 1) unresponsive management, 2) Hallways smells "cracks" pretty much every day and weeks - my family and myself become secondary smokers. They clearly know about it that they placed a notice but don't enforce. 3) Trashcans and front doors are extremely dirty and they don't even give a damn about your text or pictures telling them to fix even if you send them 10x. 4) Be prepared to pay for Utilities other than your own apartment, You also share for common area's Bills. I'm currently about $300/Month. Be prepared to use a single exit/entry gate into "private" parking garage nearly for 5 weeks as if it is made in Japan or Germany (looking for parts far away. Bonus! Best Part, the snow is cleaned right on time and they keep it pretty good! BRB with more review ! read more

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! The initial lease I signed was to start on 5/22/2019. 1-2 weeks prior to move-in, and after getting everything set up for that move-in date, I was informed that the complex made a "mistake" and the current tenants' lease went until 5/31/2019 so my apartment wouldn't be ready until 6/7/2019 at the earliest now to account for cleaning and fixing practices between tenants. Although allowing me to move all my belonging into their guest suite because I would be without an apartment for a couple weeks now, I wasn't given any financial compensation or additional moving assistance besides the offer of one leasing agent offering to help me move my things. They did give me an option for a different unit that would allow me to move-in a few days earlier though. They then proceeded to make additional changes to my lease without my signature to those pages (no lease auditing system?). The walls in this complex are just as thin as the 100+ year old building I lived in, and with having extremely loud upstairs neighbors at all hours of the day, I got very little sleep while living here. The apartment upon move-in had damage to it, as well as mismatching wood trim, along with paint smears all over the wood trim. People didn't keep their dogs on leash in the hallways and treated the courtyard as a dog park. There's been many times where dog poop sat in the carpeted area of the apartment entryway. The trash shoots were almost always clogged, and the garage doors broke down frequently. In January 2020 when I inquired about options to move out early, I was told I could find a subletter and then direct them to the leasing office for screening, paperwork, and all payments. In February I had a call asking them if the subletters were to destroy the unit, would I be held responsible. I was told no. I was also informed that they signed a "new lease", but the leasing office never sent the sublease or "new lease" to me, much less had me sign anything. I spent months in confusion over how much I owed the property (due to offering a steeply discounted rate to the subletter), but kept getting reassured that I did make my payments. Upon the subleaser's move-out, I had roughly $400 taken from my deposit due to the subletter not paying their utilities and not thoroughly cleaning upon move-out. Upon calling to remedy this, I have continuously been giving the brush-off, told they were "my subletters" so I'd need to figure it out (even though I was only apart of finding a subletter), or told I had a "shared" deposit with them (which was just the $500 I put down). I have yet to get ahold of anyone there who can actually help on this, and I have started to consider taking legal action against them. I currently live here and I have to say the reason there are even 2 stars is the amenities and layout of my place. Otherwise the reason for the missing 3 other stars is the staff and their in ability to respond to any request period. We moved in because we are a young professional couple and saw that there were others like us in these buildings. Little did we know a month later we had a family of elephants move in above us who like to let their small child (less than 4 years old) run around and scream until about 2 am playing and bouncing their toys off the floor. It is so bad we can here it from the first and second level of our apartment and they too have a two story unit. The office has been contacted 3 times in the past week begging to address this with the neighbors and at least let us know they got the message AND... Nothing! No acknowledgement of even receiving a phone call or email. I should have realized something was up when we moved in. The moment we got the keys it was like the girl in the office closed up shop and took off. We had left a voicemail about getting a possible elevator key so our furniture wouldn't get marked up and the phone went straight to voicemail and I never received a call back. Don't even get me started on misspelling of our last names, I am not sure if maybe they just can't read what is on the printed lease or they don't care to even try. Maybe if they change the management we will continue our lease but at this rate I think we would have to put a missing persons report in to even find someone that works there. I wouldn't even be surprised if when this posts I finally get an email acknowledging that they got my voicemail from a week ago. But not that they asked the neighbors to kindly parent their child and realize they are in an apartment building not a house. Bottom line one of the worse management companies I have ever dealt with. I sincerely regret the moment I called E&G. I moved into this complex last year. When I initially contacted the main office, I received an immediate callback, which I deemed promising. From the outset, the people in the main office were pleasant, prompt and assured me that my living experience would be delightful. This lasted very briefly. During my first visit to see the layout, one of the maintenance people were using my soon-to-be bathroom and left the foulest stench. Additionally, there was a slight air of cigarette smoke in the apartment which I assumed would subside after moving in - it has not. I opted for underground parking; at first, they offered me a perfect spot. After being gone for a month over the holidays and upon return, the office had given my spot away to someone else and offered me a parking spot that could not possibly fit my vehicle. They have photos proving this as well as major damage done to my vehicle while parked in such a small area. The office has not offered me a proper new spot, I must park outside and I continue to pay $85/month of which they refuse to acknowledge. The tenants throughout my building are thoughtless, extremely noise-prone and, on many encounters, cruel and unusual. There are many dogs of all sizes {initially a perk as I have a dog} yet rarely does anyone clean up after their animals. The office has not made it clear that this is mandatory practice for dog owners. I have attempted to reach the main office on multiple occasions for various wear and tear in my unit to no avail. It is my assumption that I will be charged for these when I [finally] move on. To make matters worse, the office will leave tenant packages in their office area, lock them up during the weekday evenings, not contact the rightful tenant to whom these packages belong AND lock the package room for the entirety of the weekends. I was told packages would be brought to my door or, at the very least, my building, at the time of my move in. This has never occurred. Moreover, with the current pandemic and the absolute necessity for the utmost cleanliness in all common areas and hallways, the staff is drastically lacking - it is horrifying. All things considered, the people who run this complex seem to only focus on renting to as many people as they can rather than focus on their tenants' needs and requirements. Again, I sincerely regret the moment I called E&G. If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet, clean and respectful complex, Excelsior and Grand should not be included in your impending apartment search. read more

My husband and I lived in the E&G apartments for a little over a year before buying our house and had a great experience there. The location is a major plus - super easy access to groceries (Byerly's and Trader Joe's), Target, restaurants, movies, Park Nicollet clinic, and Wolfe Park. Our actual apartment was fantastic too - brand new kitchen appliances, bathrooms with granite countertops on the vanities, in-unit laundry and plenty of options to choose from in terms of size and floor plan when we first picked out our apartment. We had practically zero issues with noisy neighbors; in fact, I can really only think of a handful of times when we could even hear that there was someone next door. Honestly, the only negative that I can think of is that the elevators in the buildings are really slow. We didn't really use the other amenities on site, but there is an outdoor pool, fitness center and a large common room that you can rent for events or take part in the monthly happy hours. We found the management staff to be very responsive and friendly, and the one time we had to call maintenance about a leaky toilet, they had it fixed within 24 hours. Another big advantage to living at E&G is that parking is never a problem. We had one underground spot included in our rent which was essential during the past winter (you can rent additional underground spaces for a monthly fee if you're a two-car household). For guests, the parking ramp between buildings is free and never full and there's usually plenty of free street parking as well. As for rent, it's not exactly cheap, but we felt that between the quality of the apartment and location, it was reasonable. When we signed our lease the management was running a few specials which also helped bring our monthly rent down. We were very happy living at E&G and would highly recommend it to anyone! read more

I recently moved into E and G, in the 3709 building and have already amassed a few comments that I think you will find interesting. 1. I highly recommend NOT renting directly from E & G. There are 3 chicks who work in the office, only 1 is actually a real, nice person. The other 2 have serious attitude which, given the current real estate climate, is simply abominable. 2. Pool, fitness center, underground parking, common rooms, nice sitting rooms and excellent upkeep of the buildings make this a great place to live. 3. My criteria when looking for a condo included: must have secure entry, must be able to walk to bar, coffee shop and grocery store. E and G exceeded these criteria and the following is a non comprehensive list of the neighborhood jaunts: - laredos tex mex (hellooooo friday karaoke) -trader joes -starbucks -mccoys -oceans nail salon -shoe stores -clothing stores -acupuncture -kindercare etc etc...the list really goes on and on. Overall the E&G complex is a fabulous place to live and I highly recommend it.....IF you can rent from an owner =) read more

Before the blizzard of 2011 I would have rated this 3 stars. I feel like I'm always on the hunt for a new apt complex (3rd in 3 years)... and can never quite find the perfect mix. The only con on this building was the fact that it's not in walking distance from Uptown bars... but the pro is then you don't have uptown traffic. After the two days of not having a car - my weekend didn't stop. Yoga. Check. Starbucks. Check. Gym. Check. McCoys. Check. Even some delightful chinese take-out. The rentals are a little pricy - yet you have a gym, pool, sweet community room (if you take advantage of it)... and the included underground parking and laundry in unit is a big sell. 14 inches of snow? I had a few noise issues, which is common in apartment living, they took care of the issue immediately. The entire staff is just lovely! I lived at this apartment complex during an internship for the summer of 2011 and absolutely loved it. The facilities are really nice and it felt more like a neighborhood than a freestanding apartment high rise because of all the amenities and businesses available on the street level. The service of the staff was also very good - the move in/out process is very organized and they make it really short compared to most places I've lived. During the summer my AC stopped working and while I only considered it an inconvenience, they made the repair emergency priority and had it repaired before I got home from work on the same day. Some of the highlights of living here: Fully furnished with an especially nice kitchen Private pool area for residents and indoor hot tub area Multiple grills in an indoor courtyard McCoys right next door for happy hour on the patio Fob entry into the building and private underground parking Trader Joes and local parks within a short walking distance Walk-in closets and washing/drying machines in each apartment Just a short ride away from Lake Harriet and Uptown I should mention that I had housing included in my compensation for that summer, but I did look into the rent cost and considered that value in my offer. I'm not sure I could pay quite that much for rent, but if you are looking for something nice, new and entry level luxury, Excelsior and Grand is a great option. read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Management is down right RUDE. The current office manager, Amanda, told me to F off and hung up on me. She did the same to other residents I spoke with. They are completely disorganized. They raised my rent by $500 per month annually. Luxury? Farthest thing from it. Kitchen cabinets and drawers are so cheap they won't stay closed (bathrooms included). Non stop "water-falls" from the ceiling (Even though I did not live on the top floor). Which damaged my furniture. They told me too bad - and I'd have to file a claim with my rental insurance...and they laughed actually saying there was no way would accept the claim - as it was the Connor Groups fault. They refused to repaint ceilings. Once I demanded they repaint it, I watched the maintenance person use spray paint directly over my very expensive leather sectional...leaving paint specks all over my couch that cannot be removed. The manager, Amanda, dared saying I must have done it while painting. I never once painted anything there...and again, I watched this happen. (Retaliation anyone!?) I had to contact legal resources to fight Excelsior & Grand as well as The Connor Group. (Please do not put yourself through any of this -- just stay away!) My air conditioner had not been maintained in years. After much fighting -maintenance would come up and insist it was fine. I kept record of every visit. After a whole summer, and the Office Manager going to jail, the Maintenance manager finally admitted to my face that he was sorry, and yes, my air-conditioner needed to be replaced. Of course, it wasn't replaced, but they actually CLEANED the coils, etc., so it would work 50% of the time. They refused to refund me for the crazy expensive energy bills. Good luck getting your packages. Good luck getting maintenance to your unit. Last Manager and her maintenance "boyfriend" thankfully went to jail on theft and drug charges. No wonder she couldn't keep her lies straight. Mold everywhere, "secure" doors were broken non-stop or were propped open. The elevators were scary - and would not open when you got the the floor you wanted. Instead the elevator would take you back up to the top floor, etc. That is when the elevator was actually working. They are all about retaliation and will do everything possible to make your life stressful. The windows are so old they would barely open or close - and in the winter, the cold air coming from the poorly sealed windows forces you to crank your heat to 80 - leaving you with $200+ monthly bills on electricity alone. In the Summer, their air-conditioners are so old poorly maintained that your AC just freezes up non-stop - leaving you sitting in an 80 degree apartment and $250+ electric bills. Pardon the disorganized thought sequence. I could go on forever days. read more

5 stars for the property and location 0 stars for The Connor Group as management We had a 1.5 year lease at E&G beginning November of 2014. Our experience under the management at the time of our signing our lease was great. They are attentive and would tend to the common space very well and were so kind. They even held mixers and community meet ups to help build a sense of community. If I were rating E&G based on the experience with them we would have given them 5 stars. Under the new management (The Connor Group) the only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the property itself and the location, the management in our experience was very disappointing. Under the new management we requested lease renewal information and were told they needed a few days to come up with the pricing information. Which, although stressful for us, was understandable since it was such a new acquisition by them (the Connor Group). Management set up a meeting at our apartment to look at our place and to offer us renewal rates a few days later. The woman who was set to come to this meeting was 30 minutes late, and only came after my husband called to remind them of our meeting. Upon receiving information about costs for lease renewal we were told they would be increasing our rent $100 and our pet fee $15 which in itself would have been fine; and in the same breath also informed us we had 24 hours to decide, because we were already over our renewal deadline (which was not our fault since they were the ones who stated they needed time to put together our renewal pricing). If we did not decide within that time our rental would increase $90 more per month on top of that. We ultimately opted to not renew. After that we had another walk through the Connor Group set up with us to look at our apartment for our security deposit return and they never showed up. In the two months between deciding not to renew and our move out, we noticed landscaping deteriorating (lawns not being mowed for very long periods of time) and common areas like grills not being refilled with propane or tended to. Once moved out, our security deposit came back and was missing $40 from it. When we inquired as to why that amount was missing, management stated it was a clerical error and informed us they would send us the $40 in another check. We waited about a month and a half and it never arrived. We went back to the leasing office and they stated they would send another one, it also never arrived. They sent a THIRD check to our new address, where we received the first check successfully; it still has never arrived. We still have not received the $40 but are so tired of dealing with The Connor Group we have just written it off as a loss and have moved on. read more

I lived here a long time ago (2004/5), so my rating is based on that era. At that time I had just moved to Minnesota, and this was the first place I lived. I was suckered in because it was a newer building at the time, with a "polished" look. However, this building is akin to the cougars you meet in SLP bars: all done up on the outside, but on the inside exists just a bland, wretched soul looking to take advantage of young professionals that don't know any better. All of the apartments are boring, consisting of lame layouts at prices that will get you a nice loft downtown. My biggest grief was that the staff was unethical during the move out process (charging fees for stuff that wasn't a problem). Other tenants I talked to had different horror stories (mine was that my sofa didn't fit in the building; it wasn't that big). Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are many nicer buildings in uptown and downtown (not Saint Louis Park) for a similar price. For the amount we pay to live here, management does not know how to cater to their customers needs. I recently received a letter saying that, starting in November, I will have 24 hours to pick up my package or they will send it back! You may be thinking that this is a reasonable request, but it is not, because they give you 3 hours to pick up your package M-F (I am usually always working during these hours, 5-7), 1 hour on Saturday (which I am, again, usually working), and no hours on Sunday. For the price we pay, they should be delivering packages to my doorstep. If I ever go over to the office and ask if I can pick up my package before or after hours, the leasing agents get very irritated, even though they are typically doing nothing but sitting on their computer. This is very irritating for me, because I do receive packages a few times a week and never have time to pick them up during package pick up hours. Also, to rent out the party room it is a $500 NON REFUNDABLE FEE. Ridiculous. The townhomes literally 5 steps across the street charges no more than $50. read more

Management steals deposits. Management makes up insanely stupid scenarios of why the deposit should not be returned. The apartment I vacated after one year was in excellent condition. Not a speck of dust. The management commented that I would receive my deposit back in two weeks and then I get a letter saying they were keeping my deposit and requiring me to pay an additional sum. Buyer beware. The manager is dishonest. Otherwise, the location is great and the apartments are nice enough. read more

Cool place to live for out of town transplants. There is a real community feel that gives everyone opportunities to meet people. Good restaurants, bars and close to Uptown. The pool tends to get very busy in the summer time because everyone invites guests. This place was the highlight to my 2+ years in frozen Minneapolis. read more

Becoming less into this place as time goes on. For the "luxury apartments" title and price, the place doesn't match. For examples - popcorn ceilings (really?!) and an ugly shag carpet, some kind of plastic kitchen counters, and there is not ceiling built in lighting, so you need to bring lamps that connect to the light switches. One thing that is built in is an obnoxiously loud bathroom fan connected to the bathroom light, so you get the fan on whether you need to or not. And I do mean obnoxious. If you're having any conversation (if you live with someone) and step into the bathroom for a second every time is like "oh yea I can't hear you anymore, hold on!!!" They said they would replace it when we moved in, the guy came in, "fixed it" with the exact same fan. People, there are quieter better fans out there. I've witnessed them, at my friends' other apartments! It gets grating after a while day in day out, every morning when you just want a quiet morning... sigh. Final thing, something is ALWAYS broken with our amenities, the elevators, the ac in the gym, pieces of gym equipment. I get that stuff breaks, but they don't fix anything in a timely fashion at all, which is why something's always broken. We moved to this place from out of state, but after living in town a year now and seeing the other options out there, there's better elsewhere. read more

I recently moved into Excelsior and Grand with my husband and two kids. We signed a 6 month lease as we build a home and have had a great experience thus far. The location is terrific, the unit is spacious, my kids love the park and pool and Trader Joes across the street is quite a treat! read more

Just moved into the facilities in July and absolutely love it! The staff is friendly, the amenities are outstanding (common areas, pool, workout facility) and the apartments have a very well built, solid feel to them. Looking forward to living here for a while! read more

I have lived at Excelsior & Grand for going on 2 years. The office staff has always treated me really well. I get a ton of packages, and they are always very friendly when I come to pick them up. I also travel a lot, and they watch after my cat while I am gone and have never asked for anything in return. My dishwasher went out a couple of months ago and within a couple of hours I had a new one. Maintenance here is awesome! The only issue I have is that I wish they had another restaurant on property. I would and have highly recommended Excelsior to a lot of my friends and have even received $250 when they have rented here! read more
