The procedure was not done properly so I took my son back to the clinic to get it fixed or at least checked but was told by their office that in order to be seen, I would have to pay the full visit amount, then if the procedure had to be redone, I would be responsible to pay for that as well. No discounts, no refunds what so ever. I had just paid them full price for the procedure just the previous week and now they wanted me to pay again even though it was clearly their PA's mistake.

They drew blood from me and preformed an EKG when they were not supposed to. I was very understanding and polite about every single mistake made on their behalf. Once everything was finally done the correct way the supervisor nurse clearly told me "wait in the lobby and we'll get right with you" so after 4 hrs I went back into the lobby where I waited another hour and asked the front desk multiple times as to why I need to wait in which she replied and said "we need to make sure the physical paperwork is correct before we give it back to you" and after waiting another 40 minutes I asked again and the same lady at the front desk tells me "you're good to go we send the paper work directly to your employer there was no need to wait " Very upset in their poor services.

I waited in line for an hour then tried calling but they weren't answering my call, when I finally got to the window they tell me they've been out of stock and won't have any of my medication, they said that they have been "out of stock for a month", so I wasted all that time for nothing, I DO NOT recommend you put this as your pharmacy.
