I had Dr Kotta in/around 2001 to 2003 or so, as my primary Dr .but then had to relocate because of…read moremy job. I returned to this are in 2021 and got him as a Dr again. Things have really changed as far as my experience in the couple of visits that I had with him. I found that my visits with him were very expedited and one time he was about to leave the room, and I said, I have a couple of more questions for you, so he answered those. In subsequent visits he was very rushed too. Then I would not see him at all, I'd get a PA and it's not what I was paying for. One PA was a real ASS, he misdiagnosed me and was not aware that I had a copy of the MRI. He stated that I had inflammation and arthritis, when I pulled up the MRI on my phone showed him that there were NO notes which meant i was ok. His jaw dropped and eyes widened. Then I said a couple of choice words and left to never return. I think some Drs that have practiced for a while feel that patients won't mind and this likely allows them to make more money. I had the same problem with Dr Savinon, except that with him I requested a reimbursement for blood tests that he or the PAs never gave me results of. His office manager Mr Green decided to discontinue service to me after I forced him to give me my blood test money back. I had already started looking for another Dr, why would I stay there. Be cautious of the PAs, request to see your Dr. its what your insurance is for.

They should honestly take that nurses license or certification away and , the same lady that didn't let me and my grandma enter with my mom is the same nurse that didn't give my mom the pump to put more medication.

The nurse recorded an incorrect weight of an elderly patient (off by 23 pounds) that affected his insulin for his diabetes . This arrogant woman got hostile that I brought it to her attention. How dare I question a nurse? Really rude. Gail screamed at an elderly patient with dementia. What is wrong with these people? They are in the wrong business.

I was delaying getting a much needed CT because of my personal schedule, when she called me on a Saturday evening and asked if I had gotten the CT done. I hadn't. It was about 9:30 in the evening, and she told me to go now and have it done. I did, and they found clots in both lungs (Bilateral Pulmonary Embolisms), which caused the testing facility to immediately send me to the emergency room. I spent the next 4 days in ICU. Thank you Yessica! I highly recommend her. She strives to heal, not just treat symptoms. I love her open mindedness when so many just go by the book (protocols). She fuses modern practices with ancient cures.

I have personally interacted with him in a professional capacity and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a family practice physician. I have observed him to be competent and caring and has respect for his patients and the health care personnel he interacts with. Many other health care workers who know him would tell you the same thing. Way to go Dr. Movva!
