Within the hour he was out front and able to grab my car, my keys, and drop it off ahead of my appointment. I got a text receipt and a photo of the car at the drop off. What was once "Just 4 Today" is now under new management and has changed its name to "Legacy Automotive". I rolled in needing a new catalytic converter, and by the way he treated me you would think I had shot this guy's dog. The guy running the store really needs to work on his customer service skills. First off, I could not understand him when he said "EVAP Canister Cap" because he kept mumbling. I patiently asked three times for him to clarify until he lost his temper and yelled at me, shouting "DO YOU KNOW WHAT EVAPORATION MEANS?" Dude - it's not that I don't understand what words mean. I just don't speak marble-mouthed asshat. Once I looked up his garbled nonsense on Google translator, we got down to a discussion of the work that needed to be done. He refused to answer questions about the part he was ordering or the actual work he would be doing, and got annoyed when I asked, repeating the same thing over and over "I can start work if you would just give me the OK." Call me crazy, but before making a $1,200 decision I like to ask a few questions. When I asked if it would be possible to put in a cheaper catalytic converter and what the difference would be, Captain Grumbly said "I don't put in shit parts, because it's not going to become my problem." Perfect! Thank you for the answer that really explained everything I wanted to know. After calling around getting estimates, he was considerably overcharging me. When I mentioned this and asked if he would match the price he rolled his eyes and said "Not happening." (Side note: I called CoHo automotive, and they quoted a price about $400 less - and they thoroughly and patiently explained the whole process to me...EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW I WAS A WOMAN!) Not really pertinent, but even when I politely commented that the name changed and asked if he bought it out, he got very irritated and sort of confrontational, saying "I bought out my partner, it's my shop now!" Indeed it is. Sounds like your former partner got out when the getting was good - and got rid of one of the "shit parts" of his life.

All over their website the hours specifically read, Saturdays: 8am-12pm. I arrived at the shop at 8:30, surprisingly the store was closed.. I figured the owner was running late so I sat in my car and waited. I called the 24 hour towing number on the website to see if they knew why or when the owner would arrive, the man didn't even work for the shop anymore. At 9am, 30 minutes after I arrived the owner finally showed up and asked if he could help me. I politely asked him if he had time to do an inspection on my car; inspections usually take 10-15 minutes at the most. He told me that they were closed today, although on the website, the hours are clearly marked that they open at 8am on Saturdays. When I told him this he got defensive, and told me I should have called the store number.. Are you kidding? I only called it at least 7 times. If this person actually cared about his small business, they wouldn't push customers away or rudely insult them telling them they were wrong when they haven't updated their website. This person doesn't care about customers, and therefore my family and I will not be partaking in your ridiculous "business."

(First, let me say the car I bought from Sheehy Ford, brand new in 2014, has had multiple mechanical issues since I bought it. Biggest waste of money ever in my life). Well, I was on my way to work Friday on I-66 Eastbound just passing the 234 business on-ramp when my engine light came on and my engine revved up like it was stuck in a low gear. I pulled over and called Geico for Roadside Assistance. (Wonderful and caring customer service but that's for another review)! I recieved a call from Brian who works at your Horton's Wrecker Service less than 5 min after my call with Geico. Brian says he is right down the street and he's coming. He showed up about 5 min later. Maybe 10 min total I was on the side of the road. Mybe a hair less. Not bad at all. Brian pulled in and hooked up my car to the tow. I climbed in the cab. Man, it was clean in there... and smelled nice. Not what I expected honestly. Brian jumped in and we took off down 66, car in tow. He took me all the way to the Centreville exit of course so we could head back to Warrenton. We talked the whole way to Sheehy Ford. Brian is a good person and very polite. We had the best conversations and he smiled and laughed along with me. I cannot believe, but am very thankful for the very quick, reliable service and personal kindness I recieved on this very stressful morning. The technicians who have come out have always been incredibly kind and helpful (one even recognized me from a previous jump and gave me references for a different shop to try). The customer service rep who answers the phone on the other hand is incredibly rude, as other reviews mention. I understand that they probably don't deal with the kindest customers since people are rarely in a good mood when they're calling for a towing service, but if they can't be kind to customers they shouldn't be on the phones.

I was able to pull over to the shoulder and the flat was on the driver's side. It wasn't safe to exit the car so there was no way anyone would be able to change it on the driver's side of 95 with cars speeding by. I called AAA who prioritized me since it was considered a dangerous location. Someone from performance towing pulled over immediately and offered to tow me. He was patient while I called AAA to confirm that the tow would be eligible for reimbursement. I even handed the phone over so he could speak with my husband who had a million questions. My car was already loaded on the truck by the time AAA called to let me know they were 15 minutes away. The man was friendly and we chatted during the 40 minute drive. Well, I misplaced the receipt that I needed to be eligible for reimbursement and here's why this company deserves 10 stars... I called two weeks later and spoke to someone who said while they cannot guarantee anything, to send an email with the requested information since the books have been handed over to the owner. The owner sent me a copy of the original the same day. Call this company and trust them. With all the bad out there, here's a reliable and trustworthy company that will exceed expectations!
