I remember one girl specifically making fun of the outfit I was wearing (which was my work uniform). They were awful. I never had these problems at the main branch but when I called to complain about these mean girls, nothing was done. The bank manager (?) person I spoke to said he would talk to them but they continued to be rude. I wondered if he told them who I was who had complained. Jim called me on weekends, in the evening and had his team email or text me routinely. They walked me through signing the docs electronically and reminded me when I hadn't finished a task. Call center for Straight Talk in a foreign country. No help, no order number, no invoice, nothing. Went to Security Bank and was told no problem but I needed to wait 30 days to report. I purchased same thing at Walmart since it was Xmas gift. After 30 days I went in to bank and filled out affidavit. A week later Security Bank sent letter saying I was denied and was just out the money. What about the month of service for the phone that was never received nor activated ? Sorry, you are just out. What kind of bank does that to a 70 year old long time customer? You have zero protection if you use Security Bank debit card. My new bank said that should never have happened.

However, since the buy out the service is very bad and the added fees are enough to drive us away. We get to take almost everyone with us!!! Our influence is not great, but every person that moves on is a message. Monopolies are here to stay so there's that.
