The bank manager (?) person I spoke to said he would talk to them but they continued to be rude. I wondered if he told them who I was who had complained. I had my debit card information stolen just before Christmas and they quickly contacted me, cancelled the card and returned the funds that were fraudulently taken within 24 hours. The staff is very helpful and I love the benefits of a small town bank. My children are now customers and more than once the tellers have helped me with minor emergencies on the kids accounts. Although I may not be their best customer, I am a customer for life!

Call center for Straight Talk in a foreign country. No help, no order number, no invoice, nothing. Went to Security Bank and was told no problem but I needed to wait 30 days to report. I purchased same thing at Walmart since it was Xmas gift. After 30 days I went in to bank and filled out affidavit. A week later Security Bank sent letter saying I was denied and was just out the money. What about the month of service for the phone that was never received nor activated ? Sorry, you are just out. What kind of bank does that to a 70 year old long time customer? You have zero protection if you use Security Bank debit card. My new bank said that should never have happened.

However, since the buy out the service is very bad and the added fees are enough to drive us away. We get to take almost everyone with us!!!
