There were also repeated issues accessing the backyard because tenants did not leave the gate unlocked, which led to overgrowth and additional work. While I understand the difficulty, communication about these access problems was not consistent. Without timely updates, I couldn't address the issue with the tenants.Sanitation problems were another concern. Dog feces were often left in the yard by the tenants, but again, I wasn't consistently informed, which limited my ability to correct the situation. Additionally, multiple sprinkler heads were damaged during the period of service, something I had never experienced with previous gardeners.Ultimately, the gardener resigned abruptly, citing the access and sanitation issues. Well, they sent a second drywall person to fix the first person's mistakes and mess. As it turns out the second person is the worst drywall person I've ever seen. Not only do the repairs stick out below the current ceiling, the texture is nothing like the existing texture. They also did not protect the flooring or furniture. I have overspray all over my brand, new floors and furniture. They have since quit responding to me. I'm going to have to hire a company to fix their screw ups and clean the mess they left behind.
