Unfortunately, I need to revise my 5 star rating. I would go with zero, but the app's lowest is 1. Frank promised me in our first conversation that he would follow his fiduciary responsibilities and make sure things were equitable in the division of my mom's estate. He asked me to produce documents and evidence of how my mom was mistreated, which I did on 4 different occasions. If I could provide him with specific documentation he literally promised he would help me recover some of my mom's estate. I spent more than 20 hours putting together exactly what he asked me to. He also said he was not getting paid as the person living in my mom's home (who has stolen relentlessly from my family for over 20 years) was out of money and was behind in taxes and he was trying to help her increase her social security so he could get paid. I told him I would be MORE than happy to pay him if he could help us settle the estate as my mom wished to, before her death. The tenant he was working with was breaching their agreement and trust in several ways, which I had clearly proven to Frank. Frank also told me that her ex-con son was living with her, and he gave me quite a bit or proprietary information about her he should not have. When I followed up with him and told him I had provided everything he had asked for, and tried to set a meeting to discuss the future of mom's estate, to which I am the sole heir, he raised his voice at me and said he knew I was going to want something out of this. Uhhh, yep. Yes, I do - my mom's home that she had for over 30 years (and I lived in for 9 years) full of her things. I provided exactly what he asked for and wanted him to follow through on working with me, and helping me get what my mom would have wanted me to have. He absolutely did not. I emailed him that I was considering filing a complaint since he refused to follow through on what he said he would do, and he then threatened legal action against me if I reported anything negative about him. Frank went on and on about what a good, honest person he was in every conversation we had - and at first it made me feel safe, but it was actually the first of many red flags I stupidly ignored. I will never understand how people lose their way in what is right and just. Frank is the last person I would ever consider to help any seniors with their estate, especially family or friends. He is not trustworthy, he is not honest. He is extremely temperamental and unkind. I will say his staff was extremely kind and very supportive to me. They know what has happened to my mom and to me is extremely inequitable, but their hands were tied. The entire reason I met Frank was because the tenant in my mom's home was trying to pass me a small box of items to settle the estate. read more

Beware. He is a salesman. He is so desperate for business he will do anything to try to close. His ethics are questionable. His 5 star reviews seem incredulous if you actually deal with him. Frank Fiorito of EEA threatened to use my father's Trust fund to fly himself to Indiana and to hire a local attorney to fight being removed from the Trust even though his services were no longer needed. This action of his was despite the wishes of my father (his client), myself and my sister that I assume the role of Trust administrator (a service that I would not charge for). He hired Altagolden to provide adult care services for my father that, in my opinion as a physician, were excessive, unneeded and not covered by Medicare. Frank has not been forthcoming about the expenses that he has charged to the Trust. He kept telling me that his fees would be "minimal", but never disclosed that amount to me.
