Not anything original or personalized. Read all of the negative reviews. Every single response from this company Blames the client or the client's family instead of taking accountability and offering a real resolution - just as they do with everything else. They use high pressure sales and confusion to push their agenda (not what the client wants - they do the easiest for the company with a cut and paste template you can get online). They have a lot of great FB ads but they don't provide what they promise. The best response they give is that the upset writer should contact them to resolve. The problem is by the time the client gets so angry being ignored by their unethical actions, they have already tried multiple attempts to have some response from the company. You will only get a call with an attorney on your first call so they can basically reel you in and close the sale, or when you try to terminate their representation for not fulfilling their obligations! Otherwise you will only speak to a "Concierge" not even a Paralegal - a receptionist with a fancy title! Look up what a "Trust Mill" is and see how it resonates with this company. Then check for Barr Association and other documented complaints.
