He came out to the house to assess everything and gave me an estimate. It was definitely a fair price for the amount of work needed to clean out the house. I can say that Brad and his staff were very nice, cordial, and also took the time to quickly look through each box to see if there were any personal items we may want to keep (pictures, etc.). One other thing I really liked is that they donate a lot of items that can be donated. There were several things that they mentioned would be better for donation and they partitioned those items from the other items that would be going to the dump. They were the only one to give me a simple, flat rate quote, and it was by far the cheapest. The very next day Javier brought the dumpster to my house, and he GENTLY dropped it off in the driveway, right where I asked him to. We rented it for a week but the roofer was done with it in four days. I called the manager to see if they could pick it up the next day and firs thing the next morning Javier was back to pick it up.
