I've worked with them on orders for my company, my kid's school as well as many personal needs, and each time this company and their people deliver. One of my first interactions with OTP was when I was getting married. My husband worked with the OTP team to design a special shirt for our destination wedding. The day after the wedding, all of the husbands showed up to the pool wearing this custom t-shirt that read, "This guy loves his wife" with thumbs pointing at their chest. It was one my favorite moments of our trip and random people kept asking us where we got those shirts from wanting to buy them. Fast forward to present day.. I recently found out some pretty devastating news about my close friends who are married. There is a benefit coming up and when I talked with my trusty shirt team, explained the situation and asked if they could help, John L (one of the great owners) rose to the occasion. Within the day we had an approved shirt design, an online store in the works and a donation commitment of all profits to this beautiful family. OTP isn't just a turn and burn random t-shirt shop. The owners and employees have a longstanding, strong dedication to their customers and community. They continue to grow and so do the standards they set for themselves.

Unfortunately, after Thanksgiving I had to stop into the shop on three separate occasions just to check the status of my order. Each time, I was given a new explanation, including a hard drive failure, but at no point did I receive a phone call or any communication to let me know about delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, my item was never embroidered. Because of the lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to complete the service, I would not recommend this business to coworkers or anyone needing embroidery work. I will be seeking a different shop moving forward.

Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly.
