I've been a long time customer of OnTime Promo and Apparel (15+ years) and there's a reason for that. They have done decoration on hats, apparel, totes, water bottles, you name it. I've worked with them on orders for my company, my kid's school as well as many personal needs, and each time this company and their people deliver. One of my first interactions with OTP was when I was getting married. My husband worked with the OTP team to design a special shirt for our destination wedding. The day after the wedding, all of the husbands showed up to the pool wearing this custom t-shirt that read, "This guy loves his wife" with thumbs pointing at their chest. It was one my favorite moments of our trip and random people kept asking us where we got those shirts from wanting to buy them. Fast forward to present day.. I recently found out some pretty devastating news about my close friends who are married. There is a benefit coming up and when I talked with my trusty shirt team, explained the situation and asked if they could help, John L (one of the great owners) rose to the occasion. Within the day we had an approved shirt design, an online store in the works and a donation commitment of all profits to this beautiful family. OTP isn't just a turn and burn random t-shirt shop. The owners and employees have a longstanding, strong dedication to their customers and community. They continue to grow and so do the standards they set for themselves. read more

iffy service- since Jeni D left service seems to have declined. I have ordered thousands of dollars (if not more) over the course of time from OnTime. Jeni always hit it out of the park with her professionalism and knowing the product well. she would always take my ideas and make them better to ensure the finished product I was paying for looked amazing. I just went to pick up a $500 order in hats, and a small detail was overlooked (not by jeni because she doesn't work there anymore- big mistake by not keeping her to help grow the customer base)....and the hats look like garbage. the hats were going to be Christmas presents.... now there is no time to fix the hats before Christmas. I'm pretty livid bc I felt rushed picking them up- I was a few mins after close but no one was answering the phones for over 40 mins as I tried calling. also emailed a few times before getting there to make sure I would have someone greet me to pick up the order. no answer and no response until Carl answered. he didn't go thru the order or the proof with me. had he looked at the proof and the hats, he would have seen they looked like garbage. not sure what I want to do next.... probably not order from them again..... read more

Waited 2+ months to get 2 embroidered polo shirts on a company corporate order. Was section on corporate form "ADD A NAME TO THE RIGHT CREST OF YOUR ITEM -REQUIRED" well, they didnt put a name on either shirt, and the shirt was stretched when they did the embroidery, so there are wrinkles coming in and out of the company logo. It looks ridiculous. Company paid for them, glad I didnt order more and pay out of pocket since they didnt put the name on the items like they were supposed to. read more

I order products via my child's youth sports team the order was to come in on Tuesday I contacted the store on Wednesday to track my order I was told the system went down however a email would be sent with a update I called Thursday all day left a message no response I sent and email still no response my sons first game is Saturday and I looked forward to wearing my spirit wear at this point I don't know if this will happen I have had no follow up from anyone and no one answers when I call or replies to the emails to say diaappointed is not enough I noticed other parents have received their orders and yet I sit and wait for acknowledgement poor customer service read more

Established in 2007.

On-Time Promo was started in 2007 by three family members, Ben John and Frank with nothing more than a simple printer and some motivation. Today On-Time Promo has 25+ employees all striving to make your experience the best it can be. If you are in need of T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, hats, pants, polos or any other type of garment we urge you to check us out.

Meet the Business Owner: John L.

We know timing is everything. We realize that some print shops have trouble getting your order to you when they say they will. We strive to deliver all of our orders on-time, no matter the size. On-Time Promo was started in 2007 by three family members - Ben, John and Frank. We turned Ben's condo into a full service print shop, taking orders and turning them around in record times. It didn't take long before we outgrew the condo and had to move into an actual working space. We purchased our first screen printing shop set-up in 2009. It was a simple manual press and a small little dryer. It got us going. Again, we offered some of the most responsive service in the area. Word grew that we were putting out good products and it wasn't long before we added a small automatic press to our arsenal. In 2010 we moved our production facility to Whitewater, Wisconsin. At the same time we expanded into the embroidery market. We are now located in New Berlin, WI and continue to grow!

They're a lot like Kinko's if you remember that place, the workers aren't readers so if you leave a copy job with them to pick up later no matter how carefully you explain that you need to be able to read all the way to the edges, they are going to cut off some of the print. Doing it yourself requires that the lone copy machine isn't jammed, that's about as likely as the overused machine at my office. They did offer to not charge for the bad copies but really I just wanted the job done right, they don't charge a lot. I suppose you get what you pay for. It's a small, tight location and too many of their customers don't wear masks or wear them on their chins with their noses out. The young workers do make weak attempts to enforce mask wearing but they're really not up to making it happen. Last time I was in there two Karens just refused to mask up 2 feet behind me in line so I had to leave.
