ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. Car and rims were cleaned poorly. Had to go over the rims again myself to clean them so I could use brake dust repellent "CERAKOTE Rapid Ceramic Wheel Sealant" on the rims. Trim at the bottom of both fenders were never even touched. If you're going to charge more than double what an automated car wash does, you need to do much better job than you do.

When I got there, he walked me through all of their tint options. I picked out one with a good tint and ceramic to reduce heat. He has a nice set up where you can work or relax while he works on your vehicle in an air conditioned space. I was probably in and out of there within 2 hours. He did an excellent job. He even ensures you don't mess up the new tint by placing a sticker on your window console to remind you. It's a quality job. He's the owner and the person who installs your tint. The price was reasonable too. I compared it to the price a friend paid elsewhere for the same vehicle, and I would say I saved $50-70. I would highly recommend The Tint Man!

Extremely rude staff. I was a monthly member (cancelled today) until being greeted by super…read moreunprofessional staff at the entrance. The main issue is that the car is never clean after you're done using it. They have a guy at the tunnel that literally spray whatever they're spraying only in one side of the car (usually the driver side) and very poorly. The second issue is with the sticker. I don't want their horrible sticker on my windshield. That simple. They want their on my windshield. I first explained that the car I'm driving is my only car and if they have any suspicious, THEY SHOULD CHECK for the car that I've signed up the plan for. Thats their job. My part of this deal is to pay the $40 plus monthly fee, and that's it. After going back and forth, which is already not the best business practice, I told him if he had a problem with that, he should verify that I'm driving the car that's in their system. He told me that I I don't have the sticker on my windshield, I was in violation of my agreement. I finally asked him to cancel my membership and I said it's their loss. The attendant response was: "Fine, I don't care, I'm not losing anything". The only thing I will PROMISE at this point, is that I will take my money elsewhere. With that many options around, they should really appreciate customers willing to be charged basically 2 Netflix subscriptions to use their car wash twice a month, if that much. Like I said, and I will proudly repeat: It's their loss! You can see by my pictures attached (taken 10 minutes after washing it) that on top of the horrible and unfriendly customer service, the quality of their washes are far from acceptable. There is not a strand of dog hair, speck of dust or anything left in my car. I haven't seen it look like this since I left the dealership. The gold package was $185 and he did a protective coat on my leather seats for an extra $20. He came in at a great rate for all of this and his work is simply AMAZING! He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up.
