They had someone available the very next morning which was awesome. The appointment was for between 8-8:30am and they were here by 8:10, perfect! The guy was so nice and took care of everything. He didn't leave my house until 11am... yes, almost 3 hours of cleaning my car. That's amazing. They bring everything in their van and just go to town. My car looks brand new and smells wonderful. The carpets seriously needed work too and now they are fab! All for $100, you really can't beat that... all I had to do was make a call. The day of my appointment they came to my house right on time and got to work. It was a really nasty day out and they had to stop for awhile due to rain and I thought they were going to have to reschedule which I would of completely understood. They two guys said they would wait for the rain to calm down and eventually finished the job and they did amazing! My son got his number and James cleaned his car, making it look like new so i decided that after 2 years of not cleaning my car, going on multiple trips to the beach and out of town and basically living out of it taking my husband back and forth to the hospital, that it was time to have it professionally cleaned and James was my guy! He not only got the ocean smell out but he got all the sand, crumbs, dirt, and dead bugs from my interior and windshield. He is very meticulous, takes his time making sure he gets every bit of grime from every corner. He vacuums every rug and the whole interior, washes the outside and inside, does Glassparency to the front windshield as a barrier between it and the elements. He is a Very hard, Dedicated worker! I messaged CTC Auto Detailing and they responded very quickly through yelp. I was able to make a same day appointment. We did have a little trouble finding my buildings parking garage but once that was taken care of, all was well. He arrived at 4:30 and was finished at 7:30. At 6:30 I went down to check on things because I thought it was taking a long time. But then I saw the work he was doing; and just how hard he was working, so I went back upstairs and let him do his thing. After I got the text message that he was finished I went downstairs to find he had an audience of other people in my building waiting to get a business card. I sincerely hope CTC Auto Detailing will become a permanent staple at 55 W. All I can say is, I've never been more thoroughly impressed by the level of clean he was able to get my car. I ask if he can do the front and passenger with the likeness of the back as I seen it looked a lot the first cleaning and he wanted $40 per each seat totally $295.00 for what was originally $150 a full detail. He continually upcharges you instead of taking into the opinion & satisfaction of his client. I then told him this "full detail" is becoming incredibly pricey, going up to $300. I also stated I could have took it to a dealership or a few businesses and they would have done the shampooing job and detail for a lot less. He proceeded to tell me my vehicle is old, had mold & roaches and stains insulting my car as if it was a 97' Toyota in the junk yard. My car is a 2017 and the cleaning work was light, other than the some stains my child did in the back seats. my car is an average car that gets frequent cleanings every 6 months. I feel disrespected, I had reservations and canceled on a 5 star service to do my car and for $200, out of loyalty for going to the same person and him doing a good job, it was not worth it. He asked me to send him a text with the details so I did. He was very responsive and provided me via text with a quote and detail on how he would clean the truck. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. I was really hoping to utilize Alura Services, but this is not a good introduction.

I called the morning of, they answered, quoted me straight for what I wanted (a great price!). When I arrived, they let me know it would take a few hours, and I said I needed to go to the mall and they offered to drop me at the bus stop (now that's customer service!!) which I accepted. When I arrived back from the mall (I was a little early) they were almost done with the car, and offered me bottled water while I waited a few minutes, and conversed with me meanwhile (how nice!). They did a superb job and went the extra mile, and were happy to check on anything I pointed out, and many thanks to Orlando and Angel for their hospitality! The car feels brand new (and it's over 10 years old!) :-) I'm certainly coming back here whenever my mother needs her car done. These guys give the name "small business" the royal crown. They hand wash/hand wax and hand clean and vacuum, and those details count especially money-wise for those nooks and crannies the machines can't get to.
