When I finally called again to place the actual request for pick up the gentleman was great as well! The pick up: my girlfriend said the driver was very nice and helpful. The car was gorgeous and when they pulled up to the airport she heard someone say "who is that??" (How fun!) the driver helped her with her bags and walked her to the main area after check in.
