When I finally called again to place the actual request for pick up the gentleman was great as well! The pick up: my girlfriend said the driver was very nice and helpful. The car was gorgeous and when they pulled up to the airport she heard someone say "who is that??" (How fun!) the driver helped her with her bags and walked her to the main area after check in. The beautiful wife and I did a carriage ride and had a great time -- our driver was very nice and gave us the option of "do you want to know what you're seeing? Or do you just want to relax and enjoy?" Love how all the carriages have an accompanying dog. And I could only think of my Disney princess loving nieces when seeing the "Cinderella" carriages. Sure, it's a touristy thing to do, but some times you need a break from beer and ribs. Tip: these aren't smooth rides. If you're bringing a beer on board, keep it far enough away so it doesn't slosh on you.

The valets were so kind and helped all of my elderly guests in and out of their vehicles. Also, they get bonus points for having umbrellas! I have used valet companies for past events and the companies were not nearly as flexible. I was able to specify where I wanted guests to be picked up/dropped off and I even asked that they change that location once it started raining. Their great customer service never skipped a beat. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for valet or transportation services. I rarely take the time to consider (let alone review) a valet company's performance, but they really did go above and beyond. 10/10 highly recommend. P.S. they offer executive transportation too. My friends use them and they always have very kind, personable drivers and very clean luxury SUV's.

There was quite a few campers there, we loved the full hookups, 90% of the time we're boondockers, so it was a perk for us. Some complained about the grounds being trashy and unkept, I don't agree, I thought it was fine, and I'm picky about cleanliness, perhaps just a couple of campers with stuff outside, no big deal. Do NOT go in through the Walnut Grove entrance. Check in was easy, super friendly. We walked over to the shop, they had Christmas stuff out, it was very nice. We felt very safe! We'll be back next year when we come and visit family.
