James To, the owner of the company is personable, capable and accommodating to the home owner's schedule. At a time when I was having difficulty getting other sprinkler businesses to come to my home, or if they came, to provide an estimate of service costs, James responded immediately and provided the necessary information and cost estimates for the work necessary and requested, and was able to make recommendations as to the best way to approach the problems that may have occurred. On the most recent service call, we were unable to find a compatible meeting time for service prior to a holiday, James suggested he come on the day (the 4th of July) when we would be home. He came, performed the analysis and the work quickly and effectively, with no suggestion of overtime charges for holiday work. We knew we had drainage issue in front of our walk out basement onto the cement patio, but had no…read moreidea the extent of the issue. Our sub pump ran all the time (at least once an hour), and once the standing water under the cement was revealed we understood why. We felt suddenly thrown into a crazy renovation show where the contractor called and said, "I need you to come see this" and we were faced with a larger, more expensive job. But what could have been a nightmare, was made into a relatively short painless process. Steve and Outdoor Oasis worked hard to come up with creative solutions to our drainage issues while trying to stay in budget and give us a beautiful backyard patio. We love the new space and are still amazed at the end result. We are already planning phase 2! All that and our sub pump maybe goes off once a day now! Highly recommend. Also recommend giving this crew some creative license, what they came up with was better than I had wanted! Total pros! On a side note, we've had other crews come in for other work, Steve and company did the best job keeping the work site clean, organized, and took initiative let the neighbors know ahead of time what would be going on. After years of debate, my husband and I decided to pull the trigger on an inground pool. We did our research on vinyl vs fiberglass and researched 4 different companies in the metro. After meeting and getting quotes from the 4 companies (Pinnacle, Relax, Outdoor Living, and Krystal Clear), we quickly realized the Pinnacle team was the one for us! From day 1 Liz, Ross, Travis, and Ashley were amazing! They addressed concerns from past customers (which fell under a different ownership dynamic) and were very transparent about what happened. After these discussions, we put full trust in this team and never looked back. Every single crew member that came out (demolition, plumbing, electrical, digging, pool drop, concrete, rough grading, etc, etc) was amazing! We signed our contract with Ross, and team, at Pinnacle Pools on April 13th and we were swimming by June 19th! 67 days (about 4 weeks from ground break)! We went over the design with them and they made very helpful suggestions which improved the results but also avoid potential future drainage issues. This year we had them do landscaping for the front and back yards. In addition to the setting up beds and drip irrigation, they also added underground drainage to the front and back eliminating the long cumbersome downspouts clearing walkways and reducing erosion. All the work was done efficiently per the schedule - even when we made some changes. They even accommodated some changes without adding any cost, e.g. running new drip irrigation under the front walk to reach an isolated bed area and fixing a stepping stone which was placed by another contractor. Probably the best example of their exceptional integrity was when we added retaining wall in the front and received a separate quote which we agreed to. Later we decided to change to a different stone which seemed comparable to our original choice. Without us asking, they automatically updated the final invoice to reduce the price by $300.
