I needed to return a package using FedEx and my Google search turned up Executive Press. What a great find. Excellent location, plenty of parking, and very friendly staff. My only critique is that the building was so nice I was afraid I was walking into someone's house, there was a sign outside the building but I wish there was one on the door. Luckily another customer was walking out as I was preparing to walk in so I knew I was in the right place. Would definitely recommend and will be back. read more

Bottom line for the time-pressed: Interesting and quirky owner that knows what he's doing. Cool shop with more than you expect. Attention you can't get at the big-guys... I checked this place out after a rather terrible experience with the nearby Staples and I have to say, I'm glad I did. They actually had more paper choices I was looking for and the owner helped me figure out what would really make the colors pop on the page like I was hoping. Unfortunately, I can't agree with the other review. In October a third party took an item to Robert to pack and ship. Even though the packing was great, there was a small damage. I am a fed-ex shipper also, and tried to submit the claim but was rejected as I was not the shipper of this package. I sent Robert the whole claim to submit by fax in November. He didn't have to do much of anything, yet it is now the end of January and I still have not received my 65.80 that I was asking for. Robert has assured me that fed ex was slow (not true, they pay my claims in less than 2 weeks), and He was going to pay himself (he hasn't, after 3 follow up emails never answered). If he submitted the claim properly, he would have been refunded more than what I asked for, no hit to him. I guess since I'm in California, I can't do anything except vent on Yelp. I stumbled upon Executive Press accidentally. I needed to Fedex a package and called around to the full service locations in the area. The owner was very helpful and provided me with all of options available. Once I got there I was in and out in a few minutes. I've been going to executive press for years to pack and ship out items I sell on eBay and for a few other printing needs. The owner Rob goes above and beyond and is the true definition of how proper customer service should be. The employees that work there are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. First time doing business here and will never go back. Called the next day for my order and no one knew what my order was, I had to describe the person and what they looked like to find out that the owner took my order. I was told they would have the owner give me a call when he was finished working on my project. I didn't get a call back until two weeks later, now I don't even need the copies. I explained the situation to the owner and told him I was expecting them to call me sooner when the order was ready. He was frustrated and told me he threw my order out and to not do business with him again. I think he was totally out of line and that type of attitude was uncalled for. read more
