After calling and emailing a few options, this service had really good reviews historically and really reasonable pricing. Markesha was also extremely responsive. I made an inquiry and she responded immediately and continued to do so the entire time. I had contacted her right before the holidays and the big snow storm with freezing temps and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was slow to get her my papers but she didn't let it fall through the cracks and she contacted me for the paper. Then when I sent it over, she had it done within just a few days even though I said there wasn't a big rush. Also note that my scum bag of a landlord was evading, not answering his phone, had a camera door bell and was not going to answer the door. Markesha still got it done despite him evading, it being freezing, snowy, the holidays, and continued to be super responsive. I have no legal or service training in anyway and had no clue how to handle this. I honestly did not believe anyone would be able to help me but not only did Scot reassure me everything would be fine and it would get done they got my papers served in a matter of hours! When I refused to pay for their poor business acumen, they sued me in the State of Texas. I got the case transferred to Michigan. It was ultimately thrown out of court but not before three court hearings and a ton of hassle requiring me to file a motion to get the case finally dismissed. I suggest you look elsewhere if you want competent service. Notably, "Thomas Court Services" is one guy in Texas who purports to be located in 23 cities. I believe he just contracts with local servers.
