I found Roy a few years back searching online for an Attorney for this Stupid case in Royal Oak where my med card was expired and I showed the officer my renewal document and he still ended up taking me in for a Possession of Marijuana, I spoke to other attorneys and they we're all saying they can get me 6 months probation which I thought was Absurd. I ended up going with Roy and he got it dropped to Disturbing the Peace and a fine of $650 and the case was dropped, no Probation, no Advisement, I walked out clean. Now in 2025 I somehow got 5 tickets not exaggerating, go to MICourts n type my name Andre Babbie for proof of the cases. Out of the 5 tickets 3 speeding, 2 Careless, (look it up) and Roy was able to have me walk with ZERO POINTS, between Troy 2 tickets Warren, Sterling, Orchard Lake, he went to all these courts and I'll I had to do was pay fines. #JUSTCALLROY

I'm still perplexed by this, as I would have definitely blown if asked. I even told the officer at the station that I didn't recall them asking me to blow, and they drew blood anyway. That's Royal Oak for you. But none of that seemed to matter. Mr Johnson did the bare minimum to help me and he got paid. I only chose him because I got a letter in the mail from him suggesting I should use him as a lawyer. He's basically an ambulance chaser. I think would have done just as well with a court appointed attorney, if not better.

Our case began nearly a year ago, when I found out that my sister was embezzling money out of my mothers account, to support her lifestyle in West Bloomfield MI.. Her name is Lori, and she is a part time meteorologist for Fox News . My mother is Delphine Pinson, and apparently he was afraid to upset her?, by refusing to request a deep dive of her checking account during his discovery process for the next hearing a year later in October 2025.. Court Case: 2024-423934-CA / Oakland County, MI. My name is Clarence Pinson, and my sister's name is Maria Harris.. Our case can be found on MiCOURT, and a variety of information and documents can be found on www.ripoffreport.com/ Case No. 1539060 I quickly realized that she had created a non- legal or bogus Conservatorship POA on my mother in 2021, when she was 93 years old with advanced dementia, and could no longer resist her demands for income.. We quickly mapped out a plan with the lawyer to have her POA dissolved , by getting a medical report , my sister Maria was entitled to, since in December2024, she was awarded joint guardianship by the court.. On Jan.17th, 2025, I requested David to seek out the medical reports, from Sinai Hospital, (since we both reside in Northern Virginia), to disprove and dissolve the Conservatorship POA , so she would loose her primary source of income.. David, however, decided to go with an unauthorized approach, and decided to subpoena the housekeepers hired by Lori, to destroy our case in the fall.. He then decided to run up $6500.00 in expenses, and kept us in the dark about MICourt, so we wouldn't know what he was doing.. His plan , with Lori's lawyer, was to end our bid , and close down our case in favor of Lori Pinson.. ??! So, in September this year, we were able to do a transition to a more reputable firm, P & A.. Our new lawyer, once we accessed her records, (and again hidden from us by the old law firm), was Lori embezzling money out of my mother's account to finance her lawyer's fees , along with $800.00 in groceries for my mother, who eats like a bird.. ?? Of course, I contacted Chase, to reverse the extorted charges, and the Michigan State Board for a full investigation into this law firm's criminal activities .. Based on that history, I trusted them to help my elderly mother update her outdated Trust. That was a serious mistake, especially when it came to working with DAVID MAMMEL. If you need estate planning, protect yourself and your loved ones: DO NOT HIRE HIM. The fee was outrageous for what amounted to two short appointments to revise an existing Trust. I accompanied my mother to the first meeting solely to support her and ensure she understood everything, not to influence her decisions in any way. My mother, acting completely on her own sound judgment, chose to divide her assets 80/20 between myself and my brother (who had significant addiction issues), appointing me to responsibly manage his share for his safety. It was a reasonable, well-considered plan. Then came an insulting phone call from MAMMEL, accusing me of "undue influence" over my own mother, a baseless, offensive claim. He then barred me from being present when she signed the Trust. Worst of all, he totally failed to explain the critical step of funding the Trust. To this day, it remains nothing but an expensive piece of paper and useless, because he didn't do his job. But he certainly made sure to collect his thousands of dollars. After my brother sadly passed away, I contacted him to update the Trust and to simply ask that he explain the funding process to my mother. We've both been ignored ever since. Avoid this man. He is unprofessional and overpriced. And once he gets paid, you and your family are no longer his concern.
