My massage started at 10:12am appointment was at 10am. I stated specifically what I needed and really wasn't interested in anything more than what I wanted. The massage was fine. Massage ends at 1129am I requested 90 minutes. What I wasn't made aware of is you pay $165 for not 90 min massage you pay for a 90 min time slot that starts late and gets cut short. I asked the front desk about such issue and she states some number (make no sense to me). So I tell her that really sucks and is super disappointing she says nothing to me. Just disappointed.
