Erica, who answered the phone, was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The front desk staff went above and beyond, even helping me complete my paperwork ahead of time so I could spend more of my appointment with the doctor instead of a clipboard. The clinic itself is spotless, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully designed. The massage chairs in the waiting area are a brilliant touch--loosening my muscles before the appointment made my adjustment far more effective. Then came my consultation with Dr. Mondrell. Having had an extremely negative experience at another local chiropractic office, I was both cautious and hopeful. From the start, Dr. Mondrell's demeanor put me completely at ease. He listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to understand not only my immediate concerns but my long-term health goals. His approach was thorough and meticulous--he found problem areas I had overlooked for years, explained the potential risks if left untreated, and gave me clear options for moving forward. What really stood out to me was his rare combination of skill, compassion, and insight. As I told him during our visit, he has a gift for finding every sore spot and addressing it with precision. His extensive medical knowledge, combined with his warm and caring nature, left me feeling both physically better and deeply reassured. I also appreciate that Arctic Chiropractic offers both chiropractic care and physical therapy in the same location. This means I can finally catch up on much-needed PT without juggling two different offices and schedules. And although my insurance doesn't cover the initial exam, they offered a very generous cash discount, making it both accessible and worthwhile. After what I'd been through elsewhere, the difference here was night and day. Lovely waiting room and friendly front desk. I had a therapeutic massage by Adam yesterday. He found every knot and tight tendon. His massage was effective but gentle. Its the bext day and I feel a lot better. Highly recommend. read more

Dr. Modrell is a great chiropractor here. I've never used the other doctor in the office. Dr. Modrell has a background in sports medicine and is always willing to help "fix" parts other than the back. They don't do just an adjustment and push you out the door. They'll work any sore muscles as well. Their prices seem to be fairly inexpensive and they will bill the insurance company. read more

The team at Arctic Chiropractic saved my sanity this week. I saw Dr. E for anxiety I was experiencing. He advised a low carb diet to even out my blood sugars. My anxiety was throwing off my cortisol levels. Then I saw Dr. Rick for accupuncture and was taught some breathing techniques. They took the time to get me and my mind clear and headed in the right direction. I have calmed way down and finally got 8 hours of sleep after a week of 3-5 hours of sleep a night.
