By definition, Exhalence is excellent: the quality of being outstanding or extremely good. Only in reflection trying to write this review do I see how easy it was to find, the ample parking. The check-in was unlike any check-in. In fact, the check-in felt more like a welcome desk. Serena was present, kind, professional, and efficient. After being welcomed by the security guard, present but not looming, I felt the colors, music, and gentle aroma overcoming me as I stepped into what felt like the coolest clubhouse on Earth. I was welcomed again by Drea. Drea was being shadowed, for what seemed like excellent training by a person who at no point interrupted but subtly qued Drea when help seemed needed. The conversation and transaction were smooth thanks to excellent product placement. There are familiar brands in a variety of forms that should satisfy any cannabis consumer from novice to connoisseur. I received a veteran discount on what was already competitive prices for quality products in a variety of forms, and I was welcomed to join the club. What I found overwhelmingly welcoming was the balance of masculine and feminine energy. The...color...in the room felt...welcoming. Once you've experienced excellence, can you settle for less? Exhalence has really come a long way over the past few years, and for me it represents the best of what a retail dispensary can offer. Concentrates, which I buy, are priced at the lower end compared to other dispensaries in the East Valley. The daily discounts combined with their cash-back program reduce prices even more. Staff at Exhalence are all congenial and efficient. My go-to budtender is Skye, who is knowledgeable, personable, and makes excellent recommendations. I was a regular Raw Garden dabber until Skye recommended Cresco, which I'm liking even more without having to spend more. From the moment I turned into the parking lot of Exhalence I was excited to be there! Seeing the signs with some fun facts and quotes about cannabis was cool! I was visiting as a first time patient, and I must say the first impression was amazing, and definitely has me looking forward to my next visit! The staff were all very polite, and Courtney helped me find some new product to try for the first time. (I'm usually a flower guy, now trying vape extracts) She answered the loads of questions I had about the different flavors/strains/highs and some of the different products. Gotta hand it to this place. I was just passing through the city and this was my first stop off the bus and I'm glad it was. Checked weedmaps and the closest location happen to be Exhalence. My buddy and I came in as first timers and the treatment was nothing short of excellence. The servers at the time were Izzy and Camerin. Izzy helped us out and showed us a fantastic first time. My first review was flagged for violating terms... it was a 5 star review... unfortunately I have to knock the review down to 1 star. I can't tell you how much money I've spent here (just know it's a lot. Pretty much there once a week). Yesterday I called because one of the disposable vapes battery had been depleted, but there was more than half oil in the vape. I had gone over the return period of 3 days. They refused to let me trade it in for a new one. Look I'd get it if I only been here one time, or if I was constantly looking to get refunds or abusing the system... Best store in the valley , hands down. It's pricier than what you might find somewhere else because this is the only shop that seems to follow every rule and regulation in the book, and charges you the proper tax; luckily you get some store credit for every purchase and they have a new deal/discount every day of the week. This is one of the nicest shops in LA. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My budtender (Izzy) was awesome she explained everything well and hooked me up on a deal. The shop has its own parking lot which is always a plus.
