I originally left a review on Google after months of receiving junk mail from this realtor, even…read moreafter calling their office multiple times asking to be removed from the mailing list. On the first and second calls -- which were months apart -- I was told they would remove me. It wasn't until the third time I called that they finally admitted they couldn't do anything and told me to call their advertising company instead. Their response to my Google review was essentially, "Sorry, but it's not our problem -- just recycle it." That's completely unacceptable. Passing the blame to their advertising company doesn't change the fact that these mailers have their name and branding all over them. If they truly cared about professionalism and respecting people in the community, they would take accountability and find a solution instead of shrugging it off and telling me to figure it out. What really bothered me was their response saying, "know that our team is committed to serving our community with professionalism and care, which you can see reflected in the many positive reviews we've received." Well, I am part of the community, and they have been nowhere near professional with me. If this is how little regard they have for something as simple as honoring a resident's repeated request to stop unwanted mail, I can only imagine how dismissive they would be when dealing with actual clients and their concerns. This is not the kind of business I would ever want to work with or recommend. Would give zero stars if I could.
