The bases are different kinds of salad but also pasta or couscous. It's a bit expensive for a "simple" salad and it's getting busier and busier at lunch time so you better come with a reservation. However I think the salads and ingredients are delicious and always fresh, and the place is really cool: it's a massive open space with big lights and amazing giant photographs and clocks (all on 12:30, obviously) on the walls. It's also extremely conveniently located right in the city centre close and has easy access and parkings nearby. Coffee is also free refill once you pay for your cup (a bit like at IKEA but better quality), which is a plus for the coffee addict that I am.

Thé drink came 5 minutes later and the food came within 15 minutes. For the " Chèvre chaud salads ", it was a 4/5. The salad portion was a bit on the smaller side but the goat cheeses filled us up. The jam part was interesting. We didn't really get why it was added to the dish. The bread isn't our favorite but it is gluten free so it's not the easiest to get right. Overall, it was good and we would order normal bread instead of gluten free. For the " Manhattan Breakfast ", it was a 3/5. " Nothing special " my dad said. Good but not incredible. There's not much else on the menu that he liked so yes he would order it again. After lunch, we ordered a matcha latte and a coffee. They came within a few minutes. The coffee was good and the matcha latte was more almond milk with a hint of matcha. Still good. We did find a dead fly on the mint leaf. Overall it was a good experience and quite clean (apart from the fly).
