Usually I go for a few visits and then give up because I find myself sitting in a waiting room 20-30 minutes after my appointment was set to begin. (I will skip my rant about Doctor's offices and scheduling in general) At Regional Chiropractic this is a non-issue. I have been going here for treatment for a couple of months now, and I think there has only been one visit where I was seen 5 min late. I generally show up 10 min before my appointment, and quite often I am already starting treatment before my actual appointment time. The staff is friendly, to the point that they feel like friends. It seems like everyone that works there really enjoys being there, and it shows in the customer/patient service. If you are in need of a chiropractor and you are looking for quality service in a place that can get you in and out on schedule, give them a try!

During the appointment, we discussed my concerns and goals. Afterwards she set the proposed treatment plan and explained everything. She answered all of my questions. Things seemed to be going well - I was able to get appointments that worked well with my schedule and was rarely kept waiting for my appointment. All of the staff members have been pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Due to unforseen circumstances, I wasn't able to complete the plan and evaluate it. About a year later, I was able to go back and restart my treatments. Not much had changed - still the same friendly, accommodating Staff and Doctors. Definitely worth scheduling a consultation if you're interested in acupuncture.

Everyone there has treated myself, my husband, and our three children with sincerity and respect. You are never a number to Dr. Schauder. My time has always been respected (ie: no waiting in the lobby for hours), my concerns are always addressed, and he isn't interested in picking your pocket. In fact, when we moved to another location over an hour away, we never considered trying to find someone more local. We make the time to drive in every week regardless of distance because we can't imagine finding anyone who genuinely cares as much as Dr. Schauder does, nor who provides such excellent care. Unfortunately I made the mistake of going to another Chiropractor before coming here and ever sense I came to see Dr. Fulmore he has become my favorite Dr. He had a great personality always laughing and smiling and he knows all his Patience's and spends some time talking to them when walking by, I was also amazed how cheap and convenient he is as he is only a few block from were I live. He was very professional and within only a few minutes of me explaining my sin tums and my problems he touched my neck and then sat me down in a bed and fixed my neck back up to a less pain full position making me feel at least 80% better then when I left the last Chiropractor who did NOTHING on the first visit and charge me an arm and a leg while Dr. Fulmore charged me barely anything ($40) bucks plus did X-rays and fixed my neck a bit to place some of it back in place, I felt better when left Dr.Fulmore's office. Only bad thing about this place is that it is very small with only two rooms so he can only see two patience at a time also they seem to be very popular so it does get crowded after 10am, and they do not open till 10am and Dr.Fulmore is only there three times a week (Monday,Wed,Fri) but he is worth waiting for. Also they have a room with two massage chairs that they sit you at while waiting to be put in a room and they feel great. This office was an old home and you can tell by the way it looks inside but over all it was been painted and decorated inside very well also let me add Dr.Fulmore post some very good quotes outside on his billboard and I have always liked driving by and reading them but now I like everything about this place. The staff is not to bad a bit serious but they do take care of you in a orderly matter and you do have to fill out some paper work when you are a new patience but as long as my neck gets fixed I am a happy person. She was very friendly and so was the staff but she did not send me any medications(muscle relaxers) and wants to see me three times a week and charge me $22bucks a visit.Can you say rip off? I had made an appointment and canceled it 24 hours ahead of time to avoid any fees from this place that seems to want to just take your money.
