That has all changed since the new owners have purchased it. It is apparent that their new priority is now on their linen supply to vacation rentals and the maintenance of the laundry washers and dryers "is the lowest thing on their list of priorities". Over the past month(s), I have witnessed a steady decline in working washers. Out of all the washers, only about 75% of them did not have an 'out of order' sign on them, during my last visit. I would have given this review a 1-star rating, except for the attendant lady who struggles to keep the place clean and clutter-free. She is constantly picking up and wiping out washers & dryers for pet hair and debris. All while trying to keep a positive attitude in a declining environment. Update: It has been 1 month since I posted my first review. As you can see from my recent photos, the same washers have still not been repaired! Out of 20 washers, 5 of them are out of order! This should not be stood for. Post your reviews and make the owners take ownership for their negligence!

However I had quite a unfavorable experience with Jeff's wife Cindy and Tricia. There are so many moving parts with this...you have the storage company that holds the boxes, Uhaul that provides the boxes, I think they hired someone else to pick up the boxes and then you hire someone else on the other side to deliver the boxes. So I got confused numerous times, not to mention that what it shows when I log into uhaul is different from what they are quoting. When I called to clarify the guaranteed date with Cindy because it has changed from what Jeff has said and was also different from what I could see at Uhaul she exasperatedly told me that I have asked too many questions and I needed to listen up because she was not going to explain it again. She said that I has gone around and around asking all her staff different questions (but I just asked whoever answered...), she was almost yelling at me, saying nobody else has the problems or questions I have and in every other way she could besides saying the actual word calling me stupid. I am a teacher, I graduated cumma sum laude with a 4.0 from college. I am not a stupid woman; I am a single girl trying to do this move by myself which I have never done before. I am sorry if I have "too many" questions, or dont "get it", but being that there are so many moving pieces, I've never done this before, I'm doing it alone, I'm stressed about moving and buying a home (alot of information is being thrown my way) and getting different information from the different ppl I talked to there as well as from Uhaul, all well trying to do this from a different state, I expect more kindness, grace, patience. I have literally never been yelled at in that fashion from a customer service representative nor have I ever been made to cry from one. I would really hate to see how this woman treats someone who is elderly or mentally handi-capped if that is how she treated me from not understanding. I agree, I am confused, but I was not being disrespectful. Who else am I supposed to ask if not the company that is holding ALL my belongings when I see the guaranteed date change? And Tricia casually let me know the day of pick up that one of my boxes was overweight and that I might need to come rearrange things into a whole nother box, after I had hired movers to do all that. The weight was never mentioned and being that the movers loaded it, it never even crossed my mind to pay attention to. She left for the day, leaving me stressed about possibly having to figure out how I was going to manage driving a hour to Pagosa to rearrange the box by myself the day before I flew to South Carolina. When I called the after hours, they let me know that it was fine because the lift was able to take it off the trailer, and that she should have never shared that info with me in the first place. I was excited to leave a 5 star review because I was SO happy to have found this option, but I can't help but be so sad at how I was treated, I hope this is nobody else's experience. I feel legit AFRAID to call if any other questions come up and a customer should NEVER feel that way.

The service rep checked it out free of charge and diagnosed my power cord had gone bad. Although they didn't have the laptop power cord I needed, the kind gentleman advised us on where to find it. She then figured out that we had booked the same date, but a month earlier. (Our mistake). She graciously allowed us to used the reservation for the current day with no problems. Not all places would be so understanding and accommodating - excellent customer service! She made sure we knew how to get to the place we planned to snow tube at, and was just so helpful in general. Bought a very expensive brand new mtn bike from them late 2022. They didn't tighten the forks in…read morethe head tube so it rattled against loose bearings. Took it back and they fixed that. Took it in for an annual tune-up. They forgot to tighten the lock bolt for the front axle - it was barely hand tight. That could have been a hazard. I fixed it. Despite friendly staff, won't let them touch my bike ever again.
