She then figured out that we had booked the same date, but a month earlier. (Our mistake). She graciously allowed us to used the reservation for the current day with no problems. Not all places would be so understanding and accommodating - excellent customer service! She made sure we knew how to get to the place we planned to snow tube at, and was just so helpful in general. The two snow tubes we rented were high quality, and in excellent condition. Our family of 5 enjoyed our day snow tubing in Wolf Creek Pass thanks to Pagosa Mountain Sports!

Bought a very expensive brand new mtn bike from them late 2022. They didn't tighten the forks in…read morethe head tube so it rattled against loose bearings. Took it back and they fixed that. Took it in for an annual tune-up. They forgot to tighten the lock bolt for the front axle - it was barely hand tight. That could have been a hazard. I fixed it. Despite friendly staff, won't let them touch my bike ever again.

Maybe too quick. I should have tested out the seat before taking off. It wasn't until I was down at the river walk that I realized I had a problem with my seat. Oh well.... I shoulda / coulda gone back to the shop but I didn't. I knew I wasn't going to last long on the bike with it being so hot outside so I just managed with a loose seat. We did a few miles along the river enjoying the area before I turned into a melty mess with rubber legs. (I had not been on a bike in several years.... Good thing I remembered how. Ha!)
