Staff was friendly and helpful showing me the different tints and how much light would come in with the different shades. Tint was done in less than 2 hours. Make sure to follow their instructions and keep your windows up for the 5 days. They also have the warranty that comes with the tint, do not skip on filling that out and submitting back! This was especially unfortunate because he's never completed the work and we've been arguing with him for almost a year. Keep in mind, these pictures Re after he worked on the boat. He's came several times and made the boat look significantly worse than it did with the scratches and now he wants 6500-10000 more than the bid he gave us to finish the work. Either this work is outside of his capacity or he is a scumbag thief. I don't know which.... Either way I would stay away from this company as you might likely fall victim to the same thievery my father-in-law has.

The owner told me that they are very careful to make sure there look before they proceed and are supposed to call him if they suspect any possible damage before they do any work. They failed miserably. I asked them to come back out and clean the mess they left on the wall of my home. They agreed to clean up the mess although it was a harbinger of things to come. I asked them for a quote to trim a couple of palms before I realized the extent of the damage they did and noted that their quote was excessive. Oh, and let's not forget that they charge $14+ to use a credit card. Never again will I do business with this company.

They missed many invasive plants and had to return to remove them. They removed about three quarters of the vines but refused to remove the rest. Their excuse is they couldn't get the job finished the first day so they did what they could. It would take them about an hour to finish up but refused to do so. I had…read moreused Tamiami Collision before for my son's red Hyundi Tuscon, bright metal flake red, and since they did such a great job on the painting of a hard color, I took our S90 Volvo there for the repair. They were very cordial and worked with our insurance company for us as well. The repair came out great even the pulling of the rear quarter panel. But the most important part in my mind is the paint match. It ends up the same gentleman that did the painting on our Tuscon was still working for them. They better pay him well and keep him happy as this guy is an amazing painter! The color match is so beautiful you could not see any difference from the original paint on the car. That is what makes a body shop worth driving 30 miles for your repair. Long story short this is the best paint shop I have ever used and will definitely be returning if the time comes.

Needless to say the car wasn't ready on Friday as promised. I spoke to them again on Monday and was informed the car would be ready that Monday and to be there to pick it up by 4:00. When I arrived Sergio informed me that the clear coat had something wrong with it and they repainted the door again on Monday and the door was still off the car. They said it would be done in about an hour. My confidence level was pretty low after all this. They had 4 guys working on the car and they were able to complete the car after 6:00 pm. I needed to be in Ocala that evening and as a result I was delayed. When I left the collision Center I noticed a scratch in my Window tint and my door isn't aligned properly and sticks out about 3/8 of an inch. I called to inform them and was asked to send pictures which I did. I heard back 4 days later after letting them know if I didn't hear back I was going to provide a negative review. On my call today Sergio accused me of threatening them(with a negative review). I responded how do I get your attention and he informed me he was out sick. He said they needed to get me a quote. I said a quote for what? They scratched my glass reinstalling the window because they were rushing to get the job done after all the screw ups. I asked to speak to his manager but wasn't transferred. I can't continue to make trips to Naples to get the car right for their foul ups. I brought my vehicle to them as I had a good experience purchasing the vehicle from Tamiami Ford. I wish I could say the same for the collision center. He did apologize for the delay and rush job at the end but I do expect better service and communication. Oh yeah one other point is when the car was brought in for a quote I was never asked if the car was ceramic coated even though the window tint and ceramic coating was performed by Tamiami Collision Center. This also should have been included in the quote and now I am out of pocket $$ as the claim is over with. I do not recommend going to Tamiami Ford Collision and as a result of this horrible experience I won't be going back to Tamiami Ford for any future automobile purchases either.

And all of this is stuff that they've salvaged from demolition and junk removal jobs; it boggles my mind what people throw away. I found a countertop I really like for my guest bathroom; Carolyn has gone above and beyond trying to find me a matching bathroom vanity to go with it. We didn't quite find the dimensions we need, but the quest continues. They get new stuff in all the time. Walking around this place is like going on a treasure hunt!
